Wind's Eden restaurant-pizzeria combines tradition and quality in a welcoming and well-kept environment. The homemade pasta is a real delight. The cured meats, also home-made, are an excellence that deserves to be tasted. The pizza is light, digestible, with a crispy dough at the right point, a sign of a long leavening and great experience with fresh and top-quality ingredients. In this place there is no lack of attention to the needs of all customers, gluten-free and lactose-free options, home-made. The gluten-free and lactose-free desserts are sublime. The staff is another strong point: polite, kind and always available. You can perceive the passion and care for the customer in every detail of the service.

I had lunch at this restaurant last Sunday and I can only say that it was a wonderful surprise. An excellent Calabrian appetizer (an excellent ricotta, not the usual one offered in many agritourisms that tastes of nothing) Cold cuts and sweet and sour vegetables, all excellent! The first courses, especially mine (gnocchi, cream of courgette flowers, bacon, smoked provola) were truly excellent. A good grilled meat and potatoes with their skins....with a drizzle of provola on top....truly a dream! It's worth trying....to believe! Ah...a not insignificant detail: the bread...delicious! I'll be back with friends for the crunchy Calabrian.

It is one of the best managed places in the area: large room where you can sit comfortably, excellent catering service, crunchy Calabrese and Roman pinsa of excellent quality, excellent bar service, superlative toilets to say the least, worthy of a 5-star hotel, kind and courteous staff, what can I say? The real strong point, however, is the cuisine: dishes rich in flavor, authentic but with an original touch. We particularly appreciated the seasonality of the menu and the attention to raw materials. The staff is smiling, kind and available to explain the dishes and recommend wines to match, without ever being intrusive. We celebrated our most important events at "Wind's eden" promise, first birthday, 40th, the last party was the baptism of our baby that we decided to celebrate on Easter Sunday April 20th and even though it was a holiday and therefore we were not the only ones to be in the place it was a beautiful party we ate divinely as always and I take this opportunity to thank the owner Andrea and his wife Isabella, Jessica very kind and always with a smile and all the rest of the staff ..
