If you want to discover traditional Calabrian flavors, you have to eat here! The Pietra d'Oro appetizer seems like it was made by a Calabrian grandmother for her grandson!
The fish-based first courses are excellent, but the meat is phenomenal. I recommend the 1kg tagliata with arugula, flakes, and parmesan cheese—it's truly phenomenal!
The portions are generous, and all the dishes are truly fantastic! I'll definitely be back every year!

A restaurant on the hills of Grisolia with private parking. The place is very charming with a stunning panoramic view, and there are also tables outside in the garden. They have a wide selection of very good dishes. I enjoyed the service, except for the waiters' lack of attention... we always had to call them ourselves, otherwise we'd never have left the restaurant. Despite this, I highly recommend it.

Good evening, about the food I can only give 5 stars, everything was delicious, but unfortunately something didn't work with the service, a very long wait between the first and second course and having a small child it was really hard to entertain him for an hour without having the second course. It was a simple grilled meat that could have been done faster, among other things, the restaurant wasn't even full.
Too bad because the food was fantastic

Saturday 21 June 2025 must have been our lucky day. The name of the town Grisolia already refers to stone and gold just like a nugget. The Italian name of Pietra d'Oro, then attributed by the founding owners of the golden restaurant already known for its good taste, for the panoramic position, for the education and professionalism of those who work there. But the new dish that almost in preview made me taste the very lively "imaginative inventor economist" Antonio Pio, nicknamed "Mare d'Oro", was truly "platinum" for the taste buds: congratulations, a new phase has opened for fish first courses!
