Excellent Piedmontese restaurant, unbeatable quality/price

I don't give 5 stars, just for some nuances. If you are looking for a place to have lunch with classic, plentiful, good, homemade style dishes, this is the ideal place. 5 starters, 2 first courses and Piedmontese mixed fried food complete with meat, vegetables and dessert! All at an affordable price!! I will definitely be back!!

Unfortunately the refuge was closed. Next summer, an obligatory stop for lunch

Ambiente semplice ma elegante, il personale molto giovanile ma già competente, cucina semplice ma di ottima fattura, il vino della casa è ottimo. Sorprende che in un posto isolato l’affluenza sia sempre molta.

Restaurant located at 870 meters above sea level above Corio. I liked the appetizers and the dessert, while the first and second courses didn't impress me. I drank the Barbera d'Alba (fair) since the Bonarda was (in my opinion) not exciting. Friendly and efficient staff, generous portions (they pass for an encore).

The food is good and everything is fresh and the waiters and waitresses are kind.
