Excellent seafood meal in Livorno Italy just a 5 min walk from the cruise ship downtown bus terminal. The calamari and prawns was excellent! My wife enjoyed the Lobster with pasta.

At first glance, it looks like a simple fish restaurant, but upon entering, you immediately see the variety of fish freshly prepared on ice. The food was excellent, a masterpiece both in taste and appearance.

Absolutely incredible! If you love seafood, this is the place to go. We had the fresh raw seafood platter, the scampi pasta, and the sea urchin with mussels and squid pasta, hands down the best pasta of our Europe trip! The service was excellent, and our waitress gave great wine pairing recommendations. Highly recommend!

We stopped in to Il Porto on an afternoon trip to Livorno. Stefanino, Nicky, and the other wait staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, recommendations, and even a birthday surprise for one in our party. We sat outside, which made it slightly noisier, but it was still very pleasant and there is quiet indoor seating available. They also kindly accommodated our early arrival for our reservation. We highly recommend the salt baked fish, seafood pasta, squash blossom appetizer, and the seafood salad starter. Every dish was fresh, well-seasoned, and delicious.
