Place with a stunning view, excellent for a late afternoon to chat, have a drink and eat something. Prices above average. Attentive and dedicated staff. I recommend.

We went there for the first time by chance with the whole family and we were treated very well: efficient service, simple but tasty dishes, quiet place even if a little retro, very fair prices. We returned after some time and the experience was repeated in the same way. We certainly recommend it

Di ritorno da Roma, con mia moglie siamo andati a cena al ristorante Persi, un must della ristorazione sabina. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'accoglienza e l'atmosfera molto familiare. Antipasti freschi e deliziosi tipici della cucina locale, l'olio di produzione propria eccezionale, provato nelle bruschette. La parte migliore è stata in assoluto la carne: tagliata e bistecca di qualità altissima. Rapporto qualità prezzo difficilmente riscontrabile altrove..ne siamo rimasti entusiasti!

We went to this restaurant on Easter Monday and the food was excellent. Finger-fried pig worth 10. You pay the right amount, the staff and owner are great. We will definitely be back.
