An old-fashioned restaurant with plenty of seating. Convenient parking. Cuisine uses excellent local produce at reasonable prices. The grill is always lit for meat. Abundant first courses.

Quick lunch during lunch break. Very spacious and cool place. Very rich and varied menu with excellent selection. Attentive and prompt wait staff. Excellent value for money.

I had an early lunch at this restaurant for a communion. Everything was really good. Informal but attentive service. Quite a rustic location. Even the trip from Rome is worth it for a Sunday lunch.

La Fontana

05/11/2025: Have you tried Fontana's gnocchi? They melt in your mouth, even though my husband's portion was a bit small... But we're old, and too much food is bad for you. The chestnut and apple stew is excellent, but this portion is also very small. A tip: Don't mock non-local customers. They might not come back, especially after seeing the unequal treatment compared to their fellow citizens' portions, which are at least double the size. Our money isn't worth half as much.
24/10/2025: The restaurant is located in the historic center, just steps from the Castle. The family-run business is nothing short of fantastic. Excellent food with tasty dishes, fast service, and very kind owners. Reservations are recommended on weekends. Prices are reasonable.

Agriturismo la collina degli ulivi

31/07/2025: I'm not reviewing the rooms because we didn't use them, but if I have to talk about the location, the hospitality, the food, I can only give 5 stars.... on a trip from Reggio Calabria to Turin we decided to break up the kilometers and stop halfway.... I didn't know this part of Italy, Sabina, and I have to say that it is truly spectacular.... definitely worth exploring further!!!
23/06/2025: I went to this agriturismo for lunch last Saturday to celebrate my daughter Giulia's graduation. A simple location in its beauty in a dominant position, among the olive trees, on the Tiber valley. An impeccable welcome and service from Federico, attentive to the needs of the customers. Excellent cuisine from Silvia with a mix of tradition and experimentation and the use of zero-mile ingredients. Large spaces for adults and especially for children. We will definitely return and I can't help but recommend everyone to spend a few hours in the company of Silvia and Federico.
