Ristorante Peppino In Piacenza

Let me start by saying that I'm 56 years old and a wedding photographer. But I've never had such a good squid ink risotto.

We had dinner on Saturday evening. There were five of us. Excellent food with super service. A great experience.

I celebrated my son's graduation at this restaurant. Everything was perfect: the room decor, the appetizers, followed by two excellent Piacenza-style first courses, a distinctively flavorful salmon dish, and finally, the delicate graduation cake. All served by the kind owner.

If you want good, high-quality food, this is the place to be. A variety of very imaginative risottos. Meat, fish, and seafood are all perfectly prepared. The menu isn't overly extensive, but certainly has something for everyone. The wine list features red and white wines exclusively from Italy and France: Rating: very good. What we missed was a rosé wine that was clearly labeled as such.

Absolutely perfect dinner. Truly excellent food and attentive, highly professional service. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

dopo diversi anni ritorno in questo ristorante in centro a Piacenza. Locale molto accogliente e curato nei dettagli. Servizio gestito direttamente dalla proprietaria che ti coccola per tutto il percorso. Menu' innovativo diviso in 3 parti: piatto unico (antipasto/secondi,) risotti e dolci (per questi ultimi è presente una carta a parte). Piatti molto curati e interessanti: tutto buono. Innovativa la cucina che prepara tutto senza lattosio e glutine. Buona carta dei vini. Consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti a partire dall’accoglienza , ci si sente subito a proprio agio,la gentilezza e la professionalità ,che viene fornita dalla proprietaria e da suo figlio non hanno paragoni.Si viene accompagnati al tavolo e vengono forniti i menu e per noi,che era la prima vota ,ci è stata spiegata la storia del ristorante, a seguire ci sono stati spiegati i piatti in modo impeccabile.Abbiamo cenato con due antipasti uno di salumi e uno di tempura di pesce ,da tempo non assaggiavo una frittura così buona croccante che ti invogliava boccone dopo boccone a finirla tutta,dopo abbiamo proseguito con i risotti molto buoni, il bilanciamento degli ingredienti nel piatto é molto equilibrato,dando la piacevole sensazione di percepire ,ben distintamente i sapori contenuti,abbiamo concluso la cena con i dolci anche loro molto gustosi,il tutto accompagnato da una buona bottiglia di vino bianco e acqua il tutto senza glutine e lattosio.Per la qualità fornita, il servizio e la gentilezza che ormai molti ristoratori hanno perso,sicuramente torneremo anche con amici , per far conoscere questo posto unico.Il prezzo pagato per la qualità è stato consono a quello che abbiamo consumato ,se si pensa che al giorno d’oggi per mangiare una pizza al ristorante, si spendono almeno 50€.Complimenti continuate così!

We had dinner with two appetizers, one of cold cuts and one of fish tempura, it's been a long time since I tasted such a good crispy fried food that made you want to finish it all, bite after bite, then we continued with the very good risottos, the balance of the ingredients in the dish is very balanced, giving the pleasant sensation of perceiving, very distinctly the flavors contained, we concluded the dinner with the desserts also very tasty, all accompanied by a good bottle of white wine and water, all gluten and lactose free. For the quality provided, the service and the kindness that many restaurateurs have now lost, we will certainly return with friends too , to make this unique place known. The price paid for the quality was in line with what we consumed, if you think that nowadays to eat a pizza at a restaurant, you spend at least €50. Congratulations, keep it up!
