Very nice restaurant, very friendly and fast service. Decent portions, fair prices. Good and affordable house wine. The dishes we tried were good, though not exceptional. If I'm in Trento again, I'll try the place again to form a definitive opinion, but overall, I'd recommend it.

I discovered it by chance while looking for a place to dine, and the menu outside was very helpful in making my choice. The restaurant's interior is very elegant, making it perfect for a romantic dinner. The menu is varied and regional. The Grappa fondue on spartille was incredibly tasty, but it covered the radicchio a bit. As for the venison steak, it was slightly rare, and I wasn't entirely sold on the cranberries. The beans and polenta were fabulous. The only downside was the house white wine; we couldn't bring ourselves to drink it. The service was very attentive and fast. Many celebrities have passed through here. Overall, a good restaurant with a good menu, and average prices.

We were very happy with both the service and the quality of the food. The waiters' English was also greatly appreciated, as I was with someone who didn't speak Italian. It was a shame about the table setting; I found two wine glasses and no water glass. A small thing! I'd gladly return!

The place is a bit out of the way, but it's worth it. The food is excellent, and the staff, both the waiter and the chef, are impeccable and friendly. The prices are a bit high.

We stopped in for a pre-theater dinner on Monday and were greeted warmly. The first courses and dessert were carefully prepared and delicious. The service was adequate in a comfortable setting. We'll definitely be back to explore the menu further. The location is very central, but the Piazza Fiera parking lot was not far away. 24/11/25 Another excellent dinner, and I'll confirm everything above.

12/01/2026: Excellent location and wonderful welcome! In particular, Mr. Giuseppe, the property manager, is always very attentive and friendly. He always responds promptly to any requests. Excellent food and a plentiful breakfast. Lots to enjoy. The location offers many walks for all tastes. The place is a great place to unwind from the stresses of the city and work. Maurizio from Ravenna.
11/01/2026: I stayed at the Locanda Alpina with a group of friends and our dogs. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Special mention goes to the excellent cuisine and very friendly staff.

27/01/2026: My wife and I were rewarded with an experiential day following the tourism model promoted by the Autonomous Province of Trento. We completed the program by visiting the Marzadro company: agritourism + distillery. The warm and friendly welcome immediately made us feel at home. We began with a tour of the production facility, guided by the talented and kind Gaia, including the vineyard, the olive grove, the winemaking complex, and the oil mill. This was followed by a tasting of some wines and extra virgin olive oil. Everything was very interesting and informative, explained clearly and professionally. We then moved on to lunch: a menu rich in traditional Trentino à la carte options, from appetizers to dessert, accompanied by wines produced on the farm as well as GARDA DOP extra virgin olive oil. Compliments to the kitchen and all the extremely kind and competent staff, with excellent service. Excellent restaurant. We then traveled independently to Nogaredo to visit the Marzadro family distillery. Thanks for everything, we'll definitely be back.
