Beautiful place serving high quality local dishes, subtly combining tradition with modern inspiration. The ambiente and service are excellent also. Went many times, years ago and a lot recently, always a pleasure and truly enjoyable.

We spent four days in Trento and ate here twice, simply because the food was so incredibly good the first time. The restaurant is ideally located, comfortably furnished, and, as far as we could tell, a family business. The service was attentive and friendly. The food, as mentioned, was fantastic, top quality, and not just dishes you can get anywhere. We would recommend making a reservation, as it was always quite busy. We'd love to come back!

We had dinner just the two of us, and the pasta tasting for two was an excellent choice.

A truly elegant restaurant in the heart of Trento, serving carefully prepared dishes with generous portions and a local flair. I tried the canederli with a truly delicious fondue, and the service was meticulously maintained. I'll definitely be back!

The atmosphere is truly refined and elegant, as are all the wait staff. The cuisine is very interesting: refined presentation, well-balanced flavors, and excellent value. The service is precise and organized, as well as attentive to every need. An experience definitely worth repeating.

Very good food, good white house wine, and a fantastic grappa selection. Everything was perfect and the price/performance ratio was good. I'd go back anytime!
