The food was excellent. The pasta was fresh, homemade, and prepared to perfection. The vegetarian carbonara was a highlight. The appetizers were also delicious. For us, it was the best meal of our four-day stay in Trento. What's more, the food was even a bit cheaper than other restaurants. A recommendation for vegetarians, too.

We received a very warm welcome and the staff were very friendly. The food was good, but not exceptional, and I think it's a shame there aren't more "homemade" dishes.

Very nice ambiance and attentive service. The pasta was good, but the Black Angus steak was a disaster: completely raw and without salt – it had nothing to do with "rare" or "medium rare." The chef said there was no way to cook the meat thoroughly without drying it out. As a chef in fine dining, I know that oven cooking with a sear beforehand doesn't dry out the meat; another option would be to baste it with butter. However, at my request, they grilled it afterward.
It's a shame, because with a few minor adjustments, the kitchen could fully realize its potential.

Great, we had a great meal on the terrace and it was very pleasant. We booked about an hour in advance on the recommendation of an Italian friend. Fresh, high-quality pasta, a good atmosphere, and friendly service. Lunch hours are from 12-1:45 p.m.
