My first experience at this place was really positive: fast service, relaxed atmosphere and everything taken care of in detail. This is precisely why I decided to return, convinced that I could treat myself to another pleasant moment. Unfortunately, the last visit left a lot to be desired. Even though I had arrived well in advance and had already had two drinks, I found myself waiting over 20 minutes for a service that had already been paid for in advance. The reason? The sudden and disorganized arrival of a group of about 30 people who completely disrupted the management of the place. I understand that managing situations like this is not easy, but ignoring customers who arrived first, who have already spent and waited patiently, is not acceptable. Luckily I managed to get a refund, but the disappointment remains for how the entire situation was handled. Having said that, I decide to give it one last chance anyway, trusting that it was an isolated incident. the place has potential and I know it can do well, but more attention is needed to managing the flows and respecting those who arrive first and pay in advance.

Fantastic place, unique service, top staff, I recommend it to everyone

I came yesterday, intrigued by the very renowned neighborhood of Rome. The place is beautiful and well looked after, the cocktails are good. The only flaw is the way we behave, we were not dressed in an elegant way but not even in a "sloppy" way, immediately looking at us like snobs, dear managers of the place, we know that the truly rich do not go around wearing Gucci shoes, because the aim is precisely to not be noticed.

I chose to celebrate my graduation party at Parnassus and I couldn't have made a better choice. Delicious food, helpful staff and pleasant, engaging entertainment.

Nice elegant venue with a well-kept outdoor space and beautiful external panorama. A good menu, although not too assorted, and an excellent wine list. The food is good. The service was a little too slow, but we were cheered by the live music, from the 80s and 90s, that the place offered. The volume maybe a little too high. ...At the end of the dinner they offered us tozzetti and wine donuts.
