My first experience at this place was really positive: fast service, relaxed atmosphere and everything taken care of in detail. This is precisely why I decided to return, convinced that I could treat myself to another pleasant moment. Unfortunately, the last visit left a lot to be desired. Even though I had arrived well in advance and had already had two drinks, I found myself waiting over 20 minutes for a service that had already been paid for in advance. The reason? The sudden and disorganized arrival of a group of about 30 people who completely disrupted the management of the place. I understand that managing situations like this is not easy, but ignoring customers who arrived first, who have already spent and waited patiently, is not acceptable. Luckily I managed to get a refund, but the disappointment remains for how the entire situation was handled. Having said that, I decide to give it one last chance anyway, trusting that it was an isolated incident. the place has potential and I know it can do well, but more attention is needed to managing the flows and respecting those who arrive first and pay in advance.
