Very nice place to have a drink or eat. We had a charcuterie board for two which was very good.
The atmosphere is very good with a magnificent view which is the asset of this place.

I celebrated my thirtieth birthday at this place with an aperitif. I was welcomed in an excellent manner by the staff throughout the entire event. The dishes were particularly appreciated by the guests, both in terms of quality. A special thank you goes to the director Stefano who was able to advise me best in choosing the menu and taking care of the organisation. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it!

I recently dined at Parnaso and had an exceptional experience! We are from New York and are so glad to have visited this hidden gem, which was easily one of our favorite restaurants from our trip. The ambiance was inviting, the service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, a fantastic dining experience in a beautiful restaurant that I’d recommend to anyone visiting Rome. A very quick car ride from the city that was well worth the trip!

Everything was perfect, I will definitely return, I didn't give it the max just because the initial inattention in the service had bothered me but it was really minimal also because the girl afterwards was really good, evidently she understood and was very attentive. Congratulations to everyone👍👍

Restaurant in the heart of Parioli, but despite this there is no lack of tranquility and peace thanks to the panoramic position surrounded by greenery. The place is welcoming, well looked after, the staff very kind and helpful.
Some dishes are refined but there is no lack of space for those of traction, we ate an exceptional carbonara. Even the simple pasta with sauce for the little girl was superb, everything fresh and of good quality.
Highly recommended, especially in the evening for the completely evocative view of Rome!
