Typical family-run restaurant, a real surprise for the palate! The care and passion for cooking can be perceived in every dish, with the freshest ingredients and rigorously handmade preparations. We started with the typical appetizers, very good. But it was a crescendo: first the pumpkin tortelli: an absolute delight, with a balanced filling and a thin pastry that melts in the mouth. Then his majesty, the agnolotto (or ravioli) of the Oltrepò tradition. I challenge you to find better ones. As a second course, a nice braised Fassona with porcini mushrooms, very interesting. To conclude, the homemade desserts were the icing: it is increasingly rare to find such genuine and artisanal ones! Difficult to find such a quality-price ratio. The service is also excellent, it feels like being at home, even better!. Highly recommended.

Stop for lunch on a beautiful autumn day walking around the hills and vineyards of the Oltrepo Pavese. We chose the tasting menu, everything was excellent and homemade. As a wine we chose a wine from the area that we didn't know but which was an excellent discovery: the buttafuoco. Impeccable and kind service. Thank you.

After walking along a stretch of the ancient Via degli Abati we stopped for lunch in this restaurant. Very good food, genuine homemade soap, good service, decent environment. We did the tasting menu and we weren't wrong. I would say that considering price and overall performance I give it a very high score. If I come back I'll stop.

Excellent family-run restaurant in the Oltrepò Pavia area in the Canevino hamlet. I recommend the tasting menu of starters, 2 first courses, a second course, dessert. All local dishes, obviously including wine.

It's worth a try. A little spartan but really great food! We booked (two adults and five children), they assigned us a table and pampered us with excellent dishes and really good wine.
