It's not a restaurant, nor a farm stay. The quality of the food is excellent, the place is well-kept but old-fashioned, and the service is homely. The portions are just right; perhaps a little more wouldn't hurt. The price is a few euros higher. All in all, it's worth a lunch.

I stopped by for lunch after a long motorcycle ride. Nothing to complain about, the appetizer included a bit of everything, ravioli with braised beef sauce, and a spectacular peach tart. A proper lunch. I'll definitely be back. Congratulations!

02/01/2026: My favorite restaurant, with flavors that make you feel festive even when you're not. The appetizers are wonderful, the first courses are special! If there are any mushroom dishes off the menu, they're definitely a must. Thank you, and see you soon!
25/11/2025: We needed a place for lunch on our drive from Modena to Alba, and a fortuitous Google search led us to La Buta. What an amazing hidden gem! Everything surpassed our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, the location was beautiful, and the food was incredible! This is absolutely worth a trip.

06/12/2025: I visited you with friends on December 5th and it met my expectations. The food was truly good, with that touch of innovation that makes it special. The risotto al salto, just as you do it...amazing. The atmosphere is simple and very welcoming. The staff is friendly, kind, and very professional. I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend it.
