My wife and I went with a smartbox and we were served well and the dishes were also very good

Cibo Ottimo, personale gentile e per nulla invadente, panorama incantevole, la location (a mio parere ) andrebbe rinnovata. Consiglio vivamente, soprattutto per i celiaci.

We had a great time at Restaurant Papillon. The menu was delicious and carefully prepared with quality products. Everything is homemade. The restaurant is very pleasant with a beautiful view of Bergamo. The chef and his wife are adorable and speak French very well...it was a real pleasure!

Fabulous experience, very kind staff, helpful and attentive to every detail. Well-finished dishes, delicate on the palate, truly delicious. Cozy, elegant atmosphere and excellent view.

My birthday dinner. Very elegant location, panoramic view given by windows overlooking the city, large tables with the right spaces between them to give everyone their own privacy. Very precise, kind and friendly staff. We took two seasonal menus, preceded by two glasses of prosecco offered, including a starter with delicious salmon, a first course with porcini risotto, I must say that it is the best risotto I have eaten so far. Delicate but at the same time very tasty, creamy and al dente. Second course with seared sirloin with its stock and truffle. Excellent. Also including very good pre-coffee biscuits and sweets. For dessert, on the side, I ordered a truly delicious pear cooked in wine. All this accompanied by a bottle of Le Cretes petit arvine and then two glasses of Nebbiolo. Water, coffee and bitters. Total spend €140 for two, well deserved. I highly recommend it both for the service, I forgot that the chef came out to ask how dinner was going and it's something much appreciated, both for the really good food and for the romantic location. In a splendid location just above Torre Boldone (BG), this magnificent restaurant welcomes its customers with a window and a breathtaking view of Bergamo. The tables are well set with cotton tablecloths and assorted napkins. We were immediately accompanied to our table by a kind and smiling girl. Ours is a Smartbox tasting menu with numerous courses, from appetizers to dessert and coffee. Let's start with the chef's appetizer which is a marvel of cheese mousse and half a grape. Then the appetizer, crunchy millefeuille with courgettes and mushrooms and light fondue. Two first courses of your choice, tagliolini with clams, nettle olives and spinach with cheese fondue. Two second courses, always of your choice, sea bass, sliced. Here the raw materials are exceptional, the plating is done to perfection, you can see that there is a real chef in the kitchen. The desserts are no exception, the classic tiramisu made by them in an exemplary way and a vanilla semifreddo with melted chocolate on top. What spectacular dishes, what wonderful flavours, what a desire to return!!! All served in an impeccable, kind and thoughtful way, always smiling. I will definitely return and highly recommend.
