Excellent dinner. Small but clean, nice and well-kept place. Quality raw materials and very fresh fish. Fine cuisine. Good choice of wines. The only flaw: although I booked with The Fork, I can't find any discount on the receipt. Too bad it would have been a nice incentive for a second look.

I had dinner with my husband in a very welcoming, soft environment. We took the tasting menu to try a bit of everything...amazing food accompanied by a good wine. We will return, I recommend it to anyone who loves fish. Super chef and staff

Avevamo voglia di cenare con del buon pesce 🎣 e non siamo rimasti affatto delusi. Antipasti di pesce abbondanti di qualità e ben presentati. Fritto di paranza ottimo e abbondante. Stessa cosa per il tonno e le altre portate. Buoni i dolci. Tutte proposte di alta qualità . Da consigliare e ritornare

Every time I come to this restaurant, it is a new and extraordinary experience. The quality of the fish is excellent, very fresh and processed with great skill. Each dish tells a story of passion and dedication, with refined combinations that enhance the flavors without ever covering them. The service is impeccable: attentive, professional and always ready to recommend the best wine pairing. The atmosphere is elegant but welcoming, perfect for a special dinner or simply for those who want to indulge in the best of seafood cuisine. Congratulations to the chef and all the staff for the excellence they manage to guarantee every time. I recommend it to anyone who is in Aosta.

Ristorante L'Essentiel da Andreone

12/07/2025: An experience of cordiality and excellent flavors! During our week-long vacation, we went there twice. The first time because we were convinced by the photos of the dishes, the second time because we had to return! We found no flaws (at least not ones worthy of note)! The menu was easy to understand, the specialty items were appetizing, the preparation was excellent, and the staff was knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of their guests. We're not posting photos of the dishes because we didn't have time! Beautiful, artistic, delicious, plentiful, inviting, and fragrant. I'm posting this review with the hope that anyone passing through Champoluc who has the opportunity to stop for a meal can visit Andreone and his staff and have the same experience we did!
29/06/2025: Excellent restaurant with particularly attentive and empathetic staff. We always dined in the restaurant for all three evenings spent in Champoluc always finding the possibility of appropriate choices both from the general menu and from the suggestions relating to the off-menu. Highly recommended.
