Elegant location overlooking Castro Marina. Kind and super helpful staff, especially in my case I was served by Antonio who reassured me in choosing the menu, also available totally gluten-free. Tasty and abundant portions.

We booked full board the day before yesterday. We got married here 12 years ago and every year we return punctually. The welcome, the professionalism, the cleanliness, unique. A highly attentive and qualified staff especially the waiter Antonio who remembers my lactose and gluten intolerance from year to year, the owner Mrs. Graziella fantastic, makes me feel at home, from the courtesy of Mariagrazia, Bianca, Lorella, Cosimino.. for me the Panoramico is home I will return as soon as I can whenever I can!!!!!! Excellent value for money! The gluten free food is vast succulent, they try to please everyone at all costs!!!!!! Not to mention the relaxation by the pool, an escape to tranquility with the swallows flying around wonderful!!!! Tourists you cannot come to Salento and not know this PARADISE!!!!!

Wonderful location from where you can admire a fabulous panorama. Excellent quality of the food served, congratulations! An elegant and refined location. We were there for lunch and ate on the terrace, from where you can enjoy a beautiful panorama. The cuisine is excellent and impeccable! The fabulous seafood trio, linguine with clams and the fisherman's pan with homemade pasta sublime and finally we had the fried calamari, shrimp and vegetables which was wonderful. The dishes prepared with care and plated masterfully. Compliments also for the service of the staff. Furthermore, the quality/price ratio is good, considering the location and the quality of the products.
