A perfect evening! We came across Il Gallo completely by chance because we were a bit away from the usual tourist restaurants. What can I say? Great luck! We were there with kids and a dog and received an extremely friendly welcome, and the food was great! The menu is definitely not your usual pizza/pasta menu and individual requests were implemented immediately and perfectly! At first glance, the menu may not be particularly child-friendly, but everything is made for kids that will make children's hearts beat faster! The 9 of us (four kids, four adults and a dog) thought it was absolutely great… great menu, a wonderful chef and very attentive service! It couldn't be better! Thank you for the lovely evening!!! We'll definitely be back next year :-)

Quiet and well looked after place. The staff was kind and accommodating throughout the dinner. We ate meat dishes (sliced ​​beef, goulash and pork ribs), they were well made and plated with care. Excellent cuisine and honest price. We'll be back!

Collocato nel pieno centro storico, ambiente piccolo e accogliente con spazio anche esterno. I piatti del menù non mi hanno molto entusiasmato e ho preso il fuori menù di gulash con polenta davvero spaziale, si scioglieva in bocca. Anche gli strozzapreti e i dolci erano molto buoni. Prezzi buoni per la qualità offerta: acqua, 2 calici vino, un primo, un secondo, due dolci e un caffè 75 euro.

Had a very nice lunch here last week, sat outside in a very quiet, old, characterful square just off the main square. When we left, having paid cash, our waiter realised when he got to the till that I had given him 20 euros too much (two notes stuck together). He rushed out and returned the note which was wonderfully honest.
