A very positive experience at Osteria di Sorbara. Really good food, very light gnocco and tigelle, and a variety of cured meats (unusual). Excellent first courses, risotto with parmesan and drops of balsamic vinegar, truly sublime. The owner is truly exceptional; we celebrated our daughter's birthday there and she reserved the upstairs room for us. A wide selection of menus are available for these occasions. Comfortable, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere. A very positive experience, highly recommended.

A dinner with friends; we expected more of a tavern-like atmosphere, which is indeed what they have on the ground floor, while the first floor is a large room, which also feels cold in its welcome. We ordered several appetizers, first courses, and second courses, but let's say the pasta dishes were the highlight, while for the rest, I can say it was neither bad nor bad. The service was slow, because we sat down for dinner at 7:44 PM and got up at 11:30 PM, with seven of us. Very positive notes were the courtesy of the staff and the friendliness of the girl taking orders, who recommended excellent wines.

Value for money, my rating on a 1-10 scale is 5, which is more than adequate. We ordered three types of meat: one was good, the other two were very fatty and had a strong flavor and smell. I'm not very satisfied given the high price; I wouldn't recommend it.

The restaurant is well-located on the street, and the interior is well-maintained. The bathroom, like the dining room, could use a facelift. It's a shame about the parking lot and the exterior isn't exactly well-maintained; it gives the impression of disuse. The food is excellent, but the wait is a bit long, especially when you really want to enjoy the moment.

In a welcoming and very pleasant environment, we enjoyed excellent tigelle and crescentine as an appetizer followed by a very good grill and truly exquisite homemade desserts. Attentive and friendly staff complete an already excellent picture. Absolutely recommended.
