We found this place a bit by chance... passing through. The quality of the food was very good: we had an appetizer with tigelle and cold cuts, two first courses of fresh pasta and a second course. The pasta is definitely homemade and very delicate. The only complaint is that the prices are a little approx. in our opinion re for the area (outside Modena) and the quantities (satisfactory but not "abundant"). The location is very nice and the service is very attentive.

If I could I would give much more than 5 stars! Quality food. Excellent preparations! Cozy place that is suitable both for dinners alone (as in my case), and for families but also for dinners as a couple! A special praise for the service which was truly excellent! I will definitely be back as I am often in those areas for work!

I had the opportunity to frequent the restaurant, together with my family, for Easter lunch. I was pleasantly surprised as it was my first time visiting this restaurant. The menu, consisting of a starter, a trio of first courses, an encore of second courses and dessert, fully satisfied my expectations, indeed it exceeded them. I will certainly be happy to return to try the à la carte menu. Well done guys, keep it up!!

Being on business, staying at the nearby hotel, going to the Sorbara tavern for dinner is a must!! Typical cuisine and excellent quality meats cooked by the chef who knows how to choose and treat the raw materials with skill. Super recommended!! (Always call to book)

Everything perfect!!! We went here for my dad's birthday and honestly we had a really good time. The staff at the tables were very kind, polite and helpful. The dishes were super good although not exactly plentiful but perhaps better that way because then we got to the grilled meat which we were already off limit. We ate an appetizer with classic fried gnocco and mixed cold cuts, two second courses of first courses, including fusilli al torchio with sausage, potato cream and caramelized onion + tortelli filled with ricotta with fried spinach, grilled meat, sliced ​​beef and as a side dish baked potatoes and grilled vegetables, coffee and artisanal liqueurs kindly offered by the house. The location is very welcoming, well furnished and very characteristic. The only flaw if we really want to be honest is the cost of the children's menu at €15, when we all know that children don't eat that much and over the age of 10 they even pay like an adult.

When you want to spend a relaxing evening eating well and with excellent service, you won't go wrong by coming here, the staff is always very nice and attentive....the pork Tomahawk (sauro pig) was much appreciated, the potato ravioli and the chocolate and pear tart on custard.... absolutely worth repeating.... the various types of balsamic vinegar are excellent.....
