Before arriving in Loreto we wanted to stop at San Salvo where, after doing some research we decided to stop at... Padre... a lovely Osteria that stands out for its hospitality and good food. As we were almost at the end, the chef prepared us a noteworthy seafood first course and two second courses that evoked the flavor of the sea. All accompanied by a good Trebbiano wine which allowed us to cheer up the palate and the mood. To conclude, house limoncello with cantucci. I advise you to come because as children we return to the Father.

Prima di arrivare a Loreto abbiamo voluto fare sosta presso San Salvo, dove ,dopo aver fatto una ricerca abbiamo deciso di fermarci dal... Padre... una graziosa Osteria che si contraddistingue per l'accoglienza ed il buon cibo. Arrivati quasi alla chiusura, lo chef ci ha preparato un primo di mare degno di nota e due secondi che hanno evocato il sapore del mare. Il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino trebbiano che ha permesso di allietare il palato e l'umore. A conclusione limoncello della casa con dei cantucci. Vi consiglio di venire perché come figli si ritorna dal Padre.

The family-run tavern stands out for its very polite, friendly, attentive and helpful staff. The chefs are friendly professionals and ready to satisfy every request, even outside the menu. The food is freshly prepared with excellent quality and very fresh raw materials. Pizza, appetizers, first and second courses are fabulous. It is advisable to book in advance. Highly recommended!
