The room is not very large, but it is clean and well heated. We went on a Sunday, we took the €30 fixed menu which includes 7 starters, a main course which includes mixed fried food, half a grilled fish accompanied by sweet potato chips and coffee. Very good starter, the second course didn't particularly impress me, neither the frying nor the fish, good but not wow effect... Courteous and attentive staff, especially Mrs Maria.

Today I'm in Padua... I stopped in this tavern... The fish is good: sea bass, rigatoni with courgettes, shrimp and fried squid.... All good... same courtesy...

We found this place by chance and I must say that we had a good time, we ate very well, the dishes were plentiful. The owner Mary is very kind, she offered us chocolate salami and limoncello at the end of lunch. If we return to Padua we will definitely come to eat here. Kind regards Angelo and Matilde.

Had lunch on Christmas day with a fixed menu (fish-based), nevertheless the fish was fresh, the food was tasty and the service was pleasant and hospitable (like the place). Greetings from Salvatore.

Tonight my partner and I had dinner here and I must say it was a pleasant experience, we felt at home, a very nice place and a very nice owner, we happily exchanged a few words. The girl who served us was also very nice and helpful. We took two 20 euro menus and in addition we added a mixed starter, what can I say... there were two of us but the portions were very generous for four!! Above all, everything was very good 🌷 we will certainly be happy to return to taste the other proposals

Last weekend spent in Veneto, my partner and I came across this tavern where we ate very well, fresh and plentiful fish, a place that in its simplicity is beautiful, personal, kind, nice and professional. I highly recommend

09/11/2024: Every time I return to Padua I find the same taste of the chocolate pastries I ate when I left school as a child. Pastry shop worth trying for the quality and kindness of the staff. Well done!
27/10/2024: Small environment but with a vast assortment of sweet products, pastries, pastries, croissants etc... Very kind, friendly, above all human and professional staff, located in a very busy area near Prato della Valle and near the centre, historic pastry shop. .. I took 4 croissants, two with cream, one apricot jam and one chocolate... Let's start with the dough which is super soft but with consistency, not too sweet but very tasty... The croissant with cream has a cream super soft and dense, super tasty without being too sugary, with icing sugar on top... The chocolate croissant has 1-2 chocolate bars inside which don't melt but remain just as crunchy and tasty as they are sweet but they really taste like chocolate, with chocolate strips on top, the only flaw is that since they don't melt there seems to be little seasoning... The croissant with jam is well "seasoned" and with every bite you can taste the apricot jam which is really fresh and it really tastes like apricot jam, very tasty and not heavy, price 1.70 euros per croissant, it's worth it... I recommend it...

16/01/2025: One of the best places I've eaten... I highly recommend it if you are in Padua.
13/01/2025: At 2.45pm yesterday I phoned the restaurant to book a table for 6 people. The interlocutor (maybe it was a waiter... after all it often happens that others are to blame) replies that they are fully booked for lunch. After perhaps 15 minutes we pass in front of the place and, seeing that the people at one table were almost about to get up, I insist with my friends to send the ladies forward to ask if there was room to sit. After a few minutes we enter and they make us sit at another already prepared table of 6. I'm obviously stunned but I sit down due to the hunger that grips me! The friend from Padua tells me that three or four other times he had tried to book but was always told that they were fully booked. Ah, in the internal room there were two other tables for four people and a small table for two, free and already set.
