I ordered takeout sushi, and everything was delicious and top-quality. I'll be trying this restaurant myself soon...but my expectations are sky-high.

To all German vacationers and fans of Japanese cuisine, For a more than reasonable price, you can get a taste of incredibly good Japanese cuisine here in Italy. The quality and quantity of the portions are perfect in every respect. Here you can truly unwind and enjoy a delicious meal.

The dishes taste good, very good at plating

I have been going to this sushi restaurant for over six years, and for some time now it has become a weekly regular. It is rare to find a place that manages to consistently maintain a very high level in every aspect: quality of food, customer service and atmosphere. The quality-price ratio is exceptional. Many friends that I have brought here were initially skeptical because "it is an à la carte restaurant, I will definitely spend more than at an all you can eat". And instead, they promptly change their minds: you spend practically the same amount, but with a significantly higher quality. And since then, many of them have also become regular customers. The dishes are taken care of in detail, both in the presentation and in the flavors. The managers are extremely willing to accommodate customer requests: changes to the ingredients for dietary needs (vegetarians, intolerances) are always welcomed with a smile, without ever making anything a burden. Pets are also welcome, which for me is a huge added value. The environment is welcoming and suggestive, with an internal room that seems to transport you to another world: intimate, well-kept, with an atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy the experience to the fullest. It is the place I choose not only for a perfect dinner during the week, but also to celebrate my birthdays and important occasions in my life. It is now part of my history, and I could not be more fond of it. Needless to say, I am in love with this place. It is much more than a restaurant: it is a gastronomic and emotional refuge. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars.

Sono anni che frequentiamo questo ristorante per pranzi veloci in famiglia e asporto, non siamo mai rimasti delusi né della qualità delle preparazioni né del servizio. Bravi.

A mio avviso uno tra i migliori sushi della zona pistoiese. Questo ristorante si distingue nettamente dalla consueta offerta "all you can eat" che abbonda nei dintorni. Particolarmente apprezzati i vari maki e il tataki ( spettacolare! ). Nota che va molto a loro favore sono i sapori sono così ben definiti da non richiedere nemmeno l'uso della salsa di soia. I roll sono abbondanti, ricchi di pesce e molto sazianti (a una modica cifra di circa 8eur cad.) (Unica nota "dolente", in tutta onestà, raramente può capitare di percepire un leggero retrogusto di frittura non freschissima – una nota che richiama vagamente i meno pregiati all you can eat – ma si tratta di una eccezione, forse dovuta alla grande affluenza in alcune giornate). L’ambiente è elegante e accogliente, con una particolare menzione per l’area esterna nel verde, ideale per una cena rilassata. Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile. Molto gradito anche il roll di benvenuto, originale e gustoso ( peccato non sia presente nel menu ! ) Rapporto qualità/prezzo: 5/5. Provate e giudicate voi stessi, consigliato! Voto 4.5/5.
