Good restaurant. Flavors a bit monotonous. Service a bit slow. Price/quality ratio not very consistent (costs too high, like those of a Michelin-starred restaurant). There are other restaurants in the area (even Michelin-starred ones) with better value. It has good potential and can definitely improve (for example, speed of service, eliminating serving trays, one waiter per table instead of 5/6 alternating, more varied flavors, etc.). Definitely worth a try.

Everything was truly meticulously prepared.
High-quality food, expertly cooked by the chef and presented impeccably.
All in all, the price was in line with a Michelin star, perhaps a little less in relation to the quantity/quality...but you can't afford to spend so little in a Michelin-starred restaurant where you eat well. Perhaps the portions need to be adjusted.
What was missing, undoubtedly due to our own problems, was that empathy with the dining room staff that sparks the experience.
Everything was too cold and distant; it was our first time here, but for this very reason, in my opinion, guests should be made to feel at home, in a family environment.
Even in a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Enchanting and elegant location, perfect for dinner or for Apericena pleasantly chatting, magnificent for tasting exquisite dishes in a welcoming, serene and refined environment. The changing menu is really very refined, tasty and original.
As soon as I can I will return for a truly pleasant dinner or aperitif evening.
