top food deserves a michelin star one flaw at lunch the paper napkin......

I'll start by saying that the food is good, of course, but my ratings reflect what I paid, €340.00 for 2 with a tasting menu, a bottle of prosecco and 2 simple aperitifs. I definitely expected to be more pampered in the service, but in my opinion it was generic, and I also wrote that I was celebrating my wedding anniversary, asking during the booking if they had any ideas on the matter, but nothing, zero total. Upon arrival, we weren't asked if we wanted to stay inside or outside and they placed us under the sun, I wanted to say something but my wife told me to leave it alone. As I was saying, the dishes were good but not exceptional as you would expect for such an expense. My personal opinion of course.

Unfortunately I couldn't try the fish, the restaurant's main dish, but the meat and pasta were an experience. Refined dishes presented impeccably.

Enchanting and elegant location, perfect for dinner or for Apericena pleasantly chatting, magnificent for tasting exquisite dishes in a welcoming, serene and refined environment. The changing menu is really very refined, tasty and original. As soon as I can I will return for a truly pleasant dinner or aperitif evening. Fantastic staff!!!

On Friday I wanted to pamper myself and decided to return to Olio and I must say that every time I go it never disappoints. I chose the "Dal mare" tasting menu as I wanted to taste some excellent fish. The menu offered, in addition to the chef's welcome entree, Japanese sea bream in ceviche, kiwi, avocado and coriander Smoked scallops with agretti, asparagus and blown hollandaise (FABULOUS) "Risi e bisi" with seafood, celery and green apple Rice all'acqua pazza Bosco in primavera: pistachio, wild strawberries, rocket and lemongrass I also paired the wine tasting with everything. Highly recommended if you want to amaze.
