The quality of the dishes was very high, and the presentation was meticulous and extremely pleasing. The staff was very courteous and thorough. I would like to commend their attention to my partner's food intolerances and allergies. Regarding the location, it is very comfortable, providing adequate space between tables and ensuring greater privacy.

Normally frequented in the evening or for family occasions (and that's a given), I've seen that even at lunch, for a business meeting, you can't go wrong!

A modern and well-kept location, with a young team that certainly has great potential; with a few more adjustments, it could become an excellent restaurant. The food, primarily seafood, is good and full of character, although there are a few flaws, such as the cauliflower: too large, boring textures, and a fairly neutral flavor. Also noteworthy is the lack of petite pâtisserie at the end of the meal. The sole and red mullet are very good. A good selection of oysters and caviar, both of good quality. The wine list is lacking a few labels, but that's to be expected from a relatively new restaurant.

I went to Ristorante Olio last week for a family birthday party, and the experience was impeccable. The place is beautiful: modern, minimalist, meticulously crafted, with some eye-catching artwork on display, including a stunning Lancia Delta HF EVO I. The menu focuses primarily on seafood, but also features excellent meat and vegetarian options. The initial amuse-bouche, three small, beautifully executed samples, immediately set the tone for the cuisine. I chose a trio of scallops prepared in various ways, followed by roasted potato gnocchi with caciocavallo cheese, chives, and bottarga—a truly exquisite dish. My girlfriend opted for a trio of raw fish (salmon and amberjack sashimi, tuna tartare), followed by beetroot buttons with late-season radicchio and goat's cheese—very unique and well-balanced. To finish, excellent small pastries and a splendid mille-feuille with custard and fresh fruit, perfect for a special occasion. The service is young but attentive, courteous, and precise. Prices are absolutely in line with the quality of the offerings. P.S. I just learned that the restaurant has received a Michelin star: a well-deserved recognition.

We went to Olio to celebrate a special occasion, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The food was sublime: dishes crafted with attention to detail, balanced flavors, and high-quality ingredients. The service was impeccable, with friendly, attentive, and efficient staff. We also had the pleasure of visiting the classic car museum on the first floor: a real surprise! We were captivated by the beauty and variety of the models on display. It's just a shame the weather prevented us from enjoying the beautiful outdoor garden, meticulously maintained and designed like a true open-air art gallery. An experience worth repeating, without a doubt!
