We went back twice in one weekend! Excellent cuisine, the fantastic guys offered excellent service and the place was beautiful, rustic but well looked after! Very pleasant and highly recommended

Ristorante elegante in collina, con vista molto bella, immerso nel verde. Ampio parcheggio, personale gentile e preparato. Ottima e ampia lista di vini. Nel menu buoni piatti locali ma anche innovativi. Mi è piaciuto molto il diaframma al fumo, ad esempio. Ottima esperienza.

Nice place with a nice view of the valley. The room is furnished in a rustic style, but very sober and listed. The dishes offered are excellent.

Tutto molto buono e cucinato con passione e amore. Ottima anche la lista dei vini. Servizio professionale e cordiale. Abbiamo cenato due sere di seguito e torneremo sicuramente.

07/08/2024: Local in the outskirts of Alessandria. Very nice atmosphere.. It feels like going back in time, very kind staff. Completely vegan cuisine with local products. All very excellent.. Demonstrating that you can eat tastefully even like this 🌱 Fantastic tiramisu 🤗

28/07/2024: Chosen randomly as a stop on the way back from the sea, we expected, given the first photos on Google, a sort of old-fashioned but still genuine restaurant/trattoria. We were pleasantly surprised to find a cool and cozy outdoor area surrounded by greenery with elegant gazebos finely set with silver cutlery. The proposed menu is: varied, new, fresh and super inviting; refined, genuine and tasty at first reading. Embarrassed in the choice because everything seems delicious and actually is. Balanced taste and excellent quality, but mouth-watering and delicious. Generous portions, fair prices and absolutely average but for a truly superior quality. Well done, definitely recommended!
26/07/2024: What a nice surprise!! Dishes that speak Ligurian, such as the mandilli with pesto and Piedmontese such as the revisited vitel tonne', have pleasantly won us over. The agnolotti with Genoese tucu' were excellent, the suckling pig was excellent and it looked like a painting! Well done guys, you won us over...and then with that beautiful wall outside the kitchen that you look at as soon as you arrive...we didn't doubt for a moment😉 see you soon!!!
