Hi everyone, Exceptional restaurant. I would dare to define it as a pearl of the province of Alessandria. Excellent food and friendly, warm staff. And I can't help but mention the wonderful view from the terrace. Really beautiful. If you want to eat divinely and at a fair price, visit Olimpia. You won't regret it!

I could say about the Fassona joke, excellent, or about the chestnut and Castelmagno tortelloni, delicate and tasty at the same time. I could talk about the intelligent, original wine list, with many local proposals but also open to other routes, but above all honest in prices. But the high rating is also due to the attention and care shown by the owner and the staff, kind without smudging, discreet without being aseptic, ready to make suggestions but available to accommodate requests. We were here in the evening, during the day with the view of the hills I think it is breathtaking. The place inside is very nice. The food is also good but perhaps the quantity-price ratio is not the best. Good but perhaps a little pricey for the quantity you eat.

Excellent restaurant, very elegant in a strategic position to visit the Monferrato hills and enjoy excellent food with local specialities. In a beautiful garden that 'welcomes' the entrance, it is equipped with a veranda and outdoor tables for the summer. Very kind and professional staff, prices commensurate with the elegance of the restaurant and the various courses well presented by the Chef. Absolutely recommended!

L’ospitalità di Andrea ed il suo staff ci ha subito colpiti. Ambiente raccolto ed elegante, estrema gentilezza e disponibilità. I tagliolini al tartufo ci hanno conquistati! Buonissimo il brasato ed anche i dolci! Ottima la selezione di rum e liquori. Da ripetere ☺️

Well cooked food but nothing exceptional. Small portions and little choice. It would be fine for an unpretentious lunch if the prices were somewhat lower. Friendly but unprofessional service: they don't know how to advise on wines and they served soup in a hot bowl without warning so I got burned.

Bellissimo locale nel basso monferrato, a soli dieci minuti dall'uscita dell'autostrada ma immerso nel verde e in posizione tranquilla lontano dalla strada. Interni arredati elegantemente e con gusto, servizi puliti e comodi, personale gentile e molto premuroso. Ho avuto la fortuna di trovare posto per il pranzo del primo novembre nonostante abbia chiamato soltanto la sera prima, ci è stato assegnato un bellissimo tavolo di forma ovale sapientemente apparecchiato con al centro della tavola pane e grissini ad accoglierci. Bellissimi i sottopiatti e i calici per il vino (sia per lo spumante iniziale che ci è stato gentilmente offerto insieme a un piccolo antipasto come aperitivo sia per il vino rosso, un grignolino fantastico) abbiamo ordinato una pietanza a testa, tutti piatti curati e tipici della tradizione piemontese (con qualche piacevole rivisitazione) Pranzato divinamente e speso il giusto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo!!!
