I purchased my new car at your ŠKODA dealership. I found great service and received excellent advice from Claudio, who even delivered it 10 days earlier than agreed upon in the contract. On the day of delivery, I was assisted by Maruska, a very kind and professional person. Finally, Mirko delivered the car to me, a passionate, precise and friendly guy with very helpful explanations. What can I say? A great team.

I purchased an electric BYD Dolphin Surf at this dealership, and I'm thrilled! I'd visited the dealership before looking for a car, but each time I left with very confused ideas... only when I met Vladislav did I get a comprehensive overview of the current car market, and then, after just two meetings, I bought the car! I purchased a new BYD from Carvillage in Arezzo and was very happy with the service. Claudio was extremely kind and professional, always available to clarify any questions and carefully followed every step of the purchase process. He put me in direct contact with the BYD representative to discuss some technical details and, most importantly, worked hard to get a better price for my old car. I admit I'm a rather demanding and meticulous person (some would even say a bit "fussy"), but this attitude stems from previous, less-than-positive experiences with other dealerships. For this very reason, I tend to pay close attention to every detail when purchasing a new car. Claudio, with his calm and professionalism, immediately earned my trust. He carefully listened to all my requests, providing clear answers and concrete solutions, demonstrating truly unparalleled professionalism. I'm convinced that Car Village, thanks to Claudio's presence, has a genuine added value within its team, capable of fully reflecting the company's values ​​of professionalism and dedication. I was introduced to the Omoda 5 Premium Anniversary, a car that immediately struck me with its refined aesthetics, meticulous construction, and cutting-edge technological features. It's a car that perfectly reflects my needs and personal taste. Throughout the entire negotiation process, Claudio guided me step by step, advising me on the most suitable financing solution and handling the trade-in of my previous vehicle with precision and transparency. He also showed great patience in handling the necessary paperwork. I promised myself I'd continue writing this review because I picked up my Omoda 5 Premium Anniversary just today. I must say that, at first glance, it's very beautiful and responsive, with good roadholding and quiet operation. I admit it's a truly good car. But what impressed me even more was the office that delivered all the paperwork to me. Luca, with his high level of professionalism, handled everything thoroughly and precisely. I also want to give a shout-out to Mirko, a young man who delivered the car to me. He provided me with all the necessary instructions, explaining in detail how some of the car's controls worked and offering helpful advice. This young man, with his high level of education and thoroughness in providing details to the end customer, certainly represents an added value. I hope the Car Village company realizes this. I can already say with conviction that at Car Village Arezzo I found reliability, competence, and genuine customer care—elements that form the basis of superior service. Sincere thanks to Claudio for his professionalism, availability, and humanity; to Luca for his impeccable handling of the paperwork; to Mirko for his education and thoroughness; and to the entire Car Village team for their excellent work. I purchased an Omoda 9. Delivery was fast, and within a month, the car arrived as promised. Sandro Belardini assisted me with the purchase in a professional manner that I found satisfactory. Mirko handled the delivery, and despite his young age, he was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you all. Car Village is a great dealership with offices in Florence and Arezzo.
