We found this restaurant by chance and it was a wonderful surprise. Mirco and his staff were very welcoming and showed a great deal of passion for what they do. The food is excellent, made with high-quality local products. Finally, the rustic atmosphere makes you feel at home. We'll be back again and again.

I've been eating at Oasy Sant'Anna for at least seven years, and I've never been disappointed. The quality of the food is consistently top-notch: you can taste the care and attention to detail in every dish. The value for money, especially for truffles, is truly rare (and honestly, I'd be willing to pay more for such quality).
The wait staff is impeccable: courteous, attentive, and present without ever being intrusive.
Although the winter spaces are more intimate, the acoustics are perfect: you can converse with the entire table even when the room is full. In summer, the outdoor setting makes the experience even more enjoyable.
I will definitely be back (hopefully soon) to enjoy Mirko's fantastic truffle crostini again.

Dinner with friends featuring white truffles... divine.
The owner and chef were kind, passionate, and cheerful. Generous portions, all generously grated with truffle!
I'll be back and recommend everyone to try it!
They also have excellent black truffle!
I recommend the crostini, frittata (a masterpiece), and tagliatelle. I can't wait to go back. Bravo everyone!

Lunch at this restaurant nestled in a beautiful natural setting. The waiters were very polite and courteous. The first courses were superb (the truffle one was amazing), and the truffle bruschetta was excellent.
Unfortunately, we come to the sore point. For my second course, I ordered a tagliata Marchingiana with arugula, parmesan, and balsamic vinegar, costing €22.
I was presented with a rib-eye steak with arugula, parmesan, and balsamic vinegar... (It's on the €18 menu without the condiments listed above.) I pointed out that it wasn't what I ordered... but the explanation given was that they serve the tagliata like that and that they were wrong not to tell me when I ordered... Shocked and disappointed by the answer, I didn't reply.
What can I say... what a shame to miss out on so little... I didn't quite understand why they served a rib-eye steak instead of a tagliata... we can all make mistakes, of course... but then again, it's also right to make amends, and they didn't.
