We stopped just for lunch. The welcome and service were excellent, the atmosphere very beautiful and spotlessly clean. Excellent food made with top-quality ingredients. The place was quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful time.

Nice, clean, and tidy hotel with a restaurant. The food was excellent and the selection varied. The pool was unheated, but perfectly usable at temperatures above 25 degrees Celsius. Only a limited number of staff members spoke languages other than Italian, but if they couldn't manage it, an English-speaking person was called in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. An ideal hotel for a motorcycle holiday, thanks in part to the presence of a dedicated covered motorcycle parking area.

Superb hotel located in the heart of nature. The Gufo Suite is magnificent. From the quality of the materials, the beds, the decor, and the view. Simply magnificent. The breakfast is plentiful and there are new items every day. The restaurant. A real plus after a day of hiking. The quality products are well-cooked and well-presented. At more than reasonable prices. The staff is very helpful, always smiling. Highly recommended.

Good and unique hotel located in Bienno, in the village of Prestine. Large reception room, average cuisine, recommended for lovers of thin and crispy pizza, portions not too large. Price slightly above average, both for the rent of the rooms and for the restaurant, in relation to the service provided. Recommended for Teutonic and Francophone bikers.

24/05/2025: Everything is very well taken care of, both the restaurant and the pizzeria. I tried a spicy and delicious Inferno pizza. Perfect cooking. Kind and professional staff, always smiling and ready to fulfill requests.

Al Capriccio

26/05/2025: Overall, the environment is very clean and tidy, the only flaw is that it's a bit noisy when the room fills up. I would say the pizzas are very good and cooked very well. The thing that makes me write negatively is the behavior of the lady at the cash register (I'll start by saying that maybe she didn't even notice). When we got to the cash register we had two people in front of us who, after paying, the lady asked if they would like a digestive..... when it was our time to pay, she didn't ask us (maybe because we're not regular customers?). I don't think there are series A and series B customers, maybe here on a whim YES. I honestly don't know if we'll go back.....
