Excellent location, super clean rooms, quiet place, friendly staff. The buffet breakfast, too messy, with little attention to detail, needs to be improved. Things put away. Not fresh cakes all uncovered. Good cured meats and bread. I'll gladly return. Rating 9

More than an oasis it is a paradise!!! Stunning structure, the food is spectacular, like a starred restaurant!!! Super staff!!! We had a great stay here for a week, from every point of view. Strategic location as it is close to all the most beautiful beaches and coves in the area. I highly recommend it

Nonostante avessimo prenotato, si era dimenticati di noi. Alla fine ci hanno trovato un posticino, ma nel complesso, seppur abbiamo mangiato discretamente, tutto molto caotico.

We stayed from 01/07 to 08/07, a fabulous experience, everything perfect from Mr. Paolo to all his collaborators. Very good food and beautiful place. Highly recommended. Well done.

Il posto è bello, il personale molto professionale, il cibo un po' meno, prettamente turistico, se si va per il couscous meglio lasciar perdere, inoltre ci hanno servito cozze non pulite e pasta con le vongole che non era altro che pasta aglio ed olio, si spaccia per ristorante gourmet ma.....

Outdoor dinner where we had spaghetti with clams of just sufficient quality with a few small and tasteless clams; tuna in a pistachio crust that was too thick and practically raw inside without the type of cooking being asked first. Seafood appetizer with 5 shrimps drowned in pink sauce, firm octopus and tiny, cold octopus. Tasteless green beans passed off as local for €6. The lady at the cash register was not very courteous and impatient because when I got the bill I didn't remember the table number. Price not commensurate with the quality of the food. The only positive notes are the very pleasant outdoor space and courteous and professional waiters.

Like every year, I return to this paradise and I am never disappointed, on the contrary... I may be repetitive, but when a 3-star accommodation offers you a 5-star holiday, for professionalism, hospitality, services and above all a wonderful human relationship and lots of pampering, what more could you want? Enchanting oasis, well furnished and equipped, absolutely clean, swimming pool area for moments of enjoyable relaxation and a highlight, catering with local and zero km products (vegetable garden, free-range chickens), very fresh fish and much more, all created by Chef Antonino Grammatico who in September 2023 led the Italian team at the Couscous World Championship whose Italian team ranked second, also winning the special Food Network award for the harmony of different flavors proposing 'terramare', a zero-waste couscous with cuttlefish and prawns. So, I hope that my review can help so that you too can benefit from all this, without forgetting that Castelluzzo and its surroundings cannot fail to be visited at least once, since such beauty will give you a dream holiday!

My partner and I decided to spend a weekend in San Vito Lo Capo and chose the Hotel Oasi da Paolo with a half-board formula. The initial welcome was courteous and the hotel was quiet, clean, with large rooms, a well-kept swimming pool and excellent food, truly an oasis. On the last evening, on Paolo's advice, we ordered spaghetti with clams, explicitly asking for it to be cooked very al dente. However, we were served an inedible dish which we had to return. The waiter immediately brought it back to us saying that it was fine. After a second irritated return, the dish arrived remade, but in a reduced quantity and finally cooked as requested. At the end of the dinner, Paolo, with a touchy attitude, stated that the dish should not be returned, since the chef cooks for many people and the mistake was acceptable. Furthermore, there seemed to be a clear collusion between the dining room staff and the kitchen to minimize our complaints, showing a lack of respect for the customer. This experience ruined our positive perception of the hotel.

We stayed there for a week. We couldn't have made a better choice and the performance exceeded all expectations. We were looking for a structure in S.Vito lo Capo, but then we realized that a solution away from the confusion, with the possibility of parking the car a few meters away without having to fight with restricted traffic zones as we already do in the city, would have been the best . About 10 minutes on a pleasant road from San Vito, along the wonderful bay of Macari, we find the Oasi da Paolo (couldn't have chosen a more appropriate name) in the hamlet of Castelluzzo, where we found a courteous family welcome, which immediately welcomed us put us at ease. The structure consists of a dozen rooms, restaurant and swimming pool, managed by Mr Paolo, his 3 children and a staff characterized by the same courtesy as the owners. The rooms are large and comfortable and the cleanliness is truly impeccable. The restaurant offers typical local dishes but the quality is certainly superior to the competition, the spaghetti with sea urchins are truly delicious. Definitely favorable value for money.

You say S.Vito lo Capo and you say couscous (the sea naturally comes first), here you really eat it in an excellent way, a delicacy that you cannot leave out, highly recommended
