Excellent restaurant, definitely worth trying!

We went to the restaurant, the atmosphere was simple, some dishes were good, others could be improved. Friendly service.

We had dinner with friends. We had a lovely evening and a divine dinner. Excellent appetizers and superb first courses. Compliments to the staff, especially Danilo and Valerio. It's not our first time here...and we'll definitely be back!

We've just returned home four days after staying with Paolo and his team for seven nights, and we already miss everything about their Oasis. In our opinion, the property is fantastic: large, efficient, and super clean rooms, a relaxing location, a top-notch pool and hot tub, and well-maintained and always spotless indoor and outdoor spaces. Thanks to all the Oasis staff, who are kind and always available to guests. We also tried their restaurant, which offered excellent cuisine and top-quality products. A special thanks goes to Giuseppe, Margherita, Danilo, and Mr. Paolo...we felt right at home. See you soon, Ciro, Daniele, and Francesca

We were looking for a quiet and relaxing location. We found it with Oasi da Paolo. Attentive and professional staff, food made with locally sourced ingredients grown directly by the owners. Kudos to Nino and Peppe, who create masterpieces in the kitchen.

We stayed at Paolo's hotel for 7 nights and it was a fantastic experience, from the comfortable, spacious, and clean rooms to the tranquility of the location, the professionalism and kindness of everyone who works there, and the delicious cuisine, blending tradition with a touch of modernity. Breakfast is a buffet, with a variety of dishes, from fruit to sweet and savory, all accompanied by traditional recipes. Sofia, the morning waitress, is kind, attentive, and makes excellent cappuccinos. We often stayed at the hotel for dinner, and each evening we left happier than the last. Danilo, the restaurant manager, was always able to advise us on wine selections and was attentive to our every need, as were all the other staff. In just a week, we truly felt at home. We already know where to go on vacation next year!
