First time at Nuoitas restaurant. We had a really good meal. All four of us were very satisfied with the delicious food. Very warm and welcoming, with an exceptional view. The prices were also very competitive. We will definitely be back. Ahhh, the frico was excellent.

We've been frequenting Forni for a long time now. Nuoitas, a historic restaurant, is always a great choice. The super friendly and efficient staff serves delicious local dishes that convey the feeling of well-being. I regret not taking photos of the plating, but it was too tempting to wait. Needless to say, I can't wait to return. 5 stars is perhaps an understatement.

An excellent place to spend a peaceful holiday in a setting nestled in the Dolomites. Silence reigns supreme throughout the residence. Excellent service, friendliness, and hospitality. Delicious traditional Friulian food, 5 stars for the irresistible sausage and mushroom fridge.

We went there for dinner for the first time and were greeted with a big smile. The staff was courteous and helpful. The Forst draft beer was excellent and well-tasted. The dishes were well-prepared, with the homemade gnocchi delicious and tender. The frico and sausage were a departure from the usual fare, and were noteworthy. The homemade desserts were also very tempting, but we didn't get to try them; we were well-fed and satisfied. The coffee was in line with the quality of the menu, which is not a given. Highly recommended restaurant; we will definitely be back.

27/02/2026: They have different flavors that often alternate. The pistachio is very good, the best. They're also good at making milkshakes, and the cone is like a cookie. I like it because it's not cardboard.
