We've been frequenting Forni for a long time now. Nuoitas, a historic restaurant, is always a great choice. The super friendly and efficient staff serves delicious local dishes that convey the feeling of well-being. I regret not taking photos of the plating, but it was too tempting to wait. Needless to say, I can't wait to return. 5 stars is perhaps an understatement.

An excellent place to spend a peaceful holiday in a setting nestled in the Dolomites. Silence reigns supreme throughout the residence. Excellent service, friendliness, and hospitality. Delicious traditional Friulian food, 5 stars for the irresistible sausage and mushroom fridge.

We went there for dinner for the first time and were greeted with a big smile. The staff was courteous and helpful. The Forst draft beer was excellent and well-tasted. The dishes were well-prepared, with the homemade gnocchi delicious and tender. The frico and sausage were a departure from the usual fare, and were noteworthy. The homemade desserts were also very tempting, but we didn't get to try them; we were well-fed and satisfied. The coffee was in line with the quality of the menu, which is not a given. Highly recommended restaurant; we will definitely be back.

Really nice hotel. Super quiet and people super friendly . Carla and Mateo super attentive . Breakfast was delicious ! Bed was comfy . I was on motorcycle and they let me park my bike in the garage! That was great and awesome customer service.

A wonderful discovery! Hotel Nuoitas is a comfortable hotel in an excellent panoramic location surrounded by nature, close to the town center, which can also be reached on foot along the Tagliamento River.
Excellent food, with different dishes every day. I recommend the half-board option.
Comfortable and spotless rooms.
The staff were friendly and helpful, including Lola, our Labrador, who was as happy as we were to stay at this small hotel.
We will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend it.

I spent two days in Forni with friends and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The Nuoitas Hotel Restaurant lived up to expectations. The perfect location, immersed in a beautiful, rejuvenating tranquility, impeccable service, and excellent food. A special mention for the truly superb rib eye steak. I will definitely be back.
