I spent two days in Forni with friends and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The Nuoitas Hotel Restaurant lived up to expectations. The perfect location, immersed in a beautiful, rejuvenating tranquility, impeccable service, and excellent food. A special mention for the truly superb rib eye steak. I will definitely be back.

Really pleasant lunch at Nuoitas. Excellent cuisine, authentic and without too many frills: real flavours, refined and sincere dishes. The place is welcoming, you immediately feel at ease. The beer is also excellent, perfect to accompany the dishes. A stop not to be missed if you are in the area!

A typical Carnic restaurant, completely forensic, serving exclusively organic and homemade Carnic specialties. Impeccable service, warm hospitality, and kindness. A place to recommend for families, business lunches, or dinners, or just for friends. A place to return to. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ plus honors.

Happened by chance, there were really a lot of us, we hadn't booked we found a quiet place, in a privileged position, very kind and all things considered considering that there were more than twenty of us on a midweek day, very well organized even with the staff.... Prices were normal, satisfied and the food was good with abundant dishes, the staff were really nice, and the dining room was suitable for hosting even large groups. Absolutely worth returning, both for the beauty of the place and for the goodness of what was consumed, and of course kindness reigns supreme! Also suitable for people with disabilities in wheelchairs.

I stayed with my daughter for several days at their place this winter. It really felt like family, or better yet!!! They were incredibly helpful (I couldn't drive, so they helped us). It's far from the center/slopes...but it was absolutely peaceful!!! There was snow, and we just had to slide 🥰 behind the hotel. (Many couples with children were there.) The cross-country ski trail is nearby, and they have several sleds and small bobsleds for children that they're happy to lend. The cleanliness is truly excellent!!! The food is superb!!! Always different local dishes, served excellently, never overwhelming, so you can try something else...the desserts are delicious. Breakfast included a wide selection of desserts (excellent, provided by the local Pasticceria Miriam, which you have to go to, if I may say so!!!) and some prepared by the local chef. The staff always had a smile and offered impeccable advice on the various lunch/dinner options. Also open to non-guests 😉. For the quality, courtesy, cleanliness, and everything mentioned above, we wholeheartedly recommend it!!! We already missed it after 2 days 🫠 and we will definitely return, perhaps in the spring/summer. Thank you 😘
