This is the second time I stay in this wonderful Hotel Restaurant for work, and obviously the second time I dine in this welcoming and fantastic Restaurant inside. The cuisine is amazing, the ingredients are not only fresh but also carefully and attentively combined; I rarely find Restaurants that leave me satisfied with each course and curious for the next, thank you very much, I will recommend you to everyone I meet and who asks me where to stay and eat well, in the province of Trento

Very good pizzas! Definitely coming back. The environment is also very nice, colorful and not too common. Service a little rushed, still standing asking what type of water to order, as well as reading the menu and asking to order. In context, however, I will gladly return

As always, the Novecento restaurant confirms the quality that makes it special. The atmosphere, service, and dishes are excellent. The Rovereto-style cod is a specialty worth trying. The gourmet pizzas are a testament to this.

07/06/2025: Located in an extraordinarily panoramic position at approximately 1400 m. tall with a well-kept exterior where you can eat in good weather. The menu offers exclusively typical mountain cuisine of excellent quality. Excellent and friendly service that makes you feel like you are family.
07/06/2025: Beautiful Communion party. Simple but good food. Real lawn with a splendid view. Suitable for children.
