Ristorante Novecento dell'Hotel Rovereto In Rovereto

Nice menu full of traditional dishes but also something more modern and for young people. All very good. The only thing unfortunately was that although the table was adjacent to the garden, it was annoyingly hot. The tables outside probably barely felt the air, the ones further inside had air conditioning, ours was in a nice location but a little ailing.

Abbiamo fatto tappa a Rovereto appositamente per mangiare la pizza gourmet del Ristorante Novecento. La pizza ancora più buona che nei nostri ricordi. Una nuvola di fragramza, cotta perfettamente, con ingredienti buonissimi. Ottimo anche il dolce preso, cialda con fragole e gelato alla vaniglia. Si conferma ottima scelta.

We love this restaurant very much for the magic of the location, the quiet and relaxing atmosphere and the excellent dishes. An obligatory destination for a chat with friends while enjoying one of their pizzas or a dish from the kitchen. Last night dinner on the terrace with gourmet pizza with a light and soft dough and then an exquisite dessert with berries and creamy yogurt. Perfect evening in great company, we'll be back soon! Refined environment, top quality ingredients and the result of the dishes: divine. . It is not the first time I have come here, and, I add, I come on purpose, considering that I come from Lake Maggiore. When I'm around, this is a regular stop. . I love the location, I love the atmosphere but above all I love the homemade bread 😄. No, the truth is that I love everything... Compliments! Cynthia

We had pizza and dessert. I particularly liked my anchovie, olive and caper pizza. Excellent service and friendly staff. Cute, comfortable place.

Having stayed in the hotel, we decided to try both restaurant and pizzeria and were satisfied with the general quality. The pizza dough is really light and the ingredients are excellent... if there are Cantabrian anchovies on the Cantabrian I would say that the price is decidedly low as there is an anchovy per slice!! On the second evening we tried the meat tasting menu which left us satisfied once again. Special mention goes to the excellent carne salada tartare. Being Saturday, the service was a bit long as the room was full... if you are in a positive mood, nothing exaggerated in any case. What is a little out of place are the paper placemats and the drapes hanging from the ceiling. I don't know if it's a distinctive sign of the restaurant but we often found ourselves with a waiter standing behind our table... a little disturbing😅.

Very friendly staff, however very very long times for a room with only two occupied tables (midweek dinner). In my opinion, both the quality of the dishes and the quantity on the plate are good but could be improved. Second course (braised meat), dessert (tiramisu) and water around 40 euros.
