Nice experience at the Novecento restaurant inside the Rovereto hotel where we stayed for a few days. The rooms are beautiful and well structured with plenty of space between one table and another also because they have a "boiled meat trolley", which is much appreciated, to be moved around the rooms. All the dishes we tasted were very good and the pizzas and desserts were excellent. The quality level of the products used is high and the service attentive. Absolutely worth trying!

13/01/2025: It is a brewery, where in addition to the production, you can stop and drink some excellent draft beer on the spot. The staff is friendly and competent, able to recommend the right type of beer based on your tastes. The store is very characteristic and elegant.

09/02/2025: Thank you. Well managed and well cooked dishes. Even teenagers are well catered for. Many today, and more and more, propose tagliatelle. But there are very few who serve it well cooked, tasty and tender like here. Nice combination of "business management" between cook and butcher! We'll see each other again. Bassani families
