Dall’esterno non diresti mai che all’interno si trova un piccolo gioiello a conduzione familiare. Entri in un albergo molto ben curato e ti trovi in un ristorantino molto accogliente e arredato con ottimo gusto. Il personale gentilissimo e per niente assillante. Ma andiamo ai piatti. Ci hanno molto sorpreso perché sono stati tutti ben curati ed ad un prezzo davvero ottimo, per non parlare dell’ottimo abbinamento tra gli ingredienti. Piatti davvero tanto gustosi. Vi consiglio di andarci assolutamente. Da provare

I was really satisfied. Dinner for two people with two first courses, one second course, one dessert, two glasses of wine for a total of €70, plus a glass of prosecco and biscuits offered on the house. Very nice and well-kept place, delicious classic (but revisited) dishes, particularly friendly and helpful staff. In the photo: porcini risotto with grape gel, gnocchi with gorgonzola, pumpkin and speck, pork cheek with Merlot reduction and purée, pumpkin creme brulee. Rating 10/10

In a short time, Novavita has become my point of reference for enjoying a splendid dinner in an intimate atmosphere, with excellent food (even gluten-free for celiacs like me) and wines that are always highly sought after and expertly paired with the dishes. A big applause for the service and for Chef Matteo who creates delicious, well-balanced and innovative combinations in every dish. I can't wait to discover the next menus in store for the next tasting dinners. Highly recommended!

Casualmente capitati in questo ristorante, abbiamo gustato pietanze buonissime, abbondanti e di qualità. Il servizio in sala è stato accurato e professionale. Un plauso allo chef e a tutto lo staff. Quando sarò in zona, saprò dove andare a mangiare. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Yesterday as guests for a wedding event, great professionalism on the part of: the owner and manager, the chefs, and all the staff, delicious food and great variety of the buffet, very valid organization, wide and varied availability of the spaces of the venue. Thanks and good work.
