Found by chance, a place where you can eat very good, authentic, old-fashioned cuisine, with generous portions. Top-notch traditional dishes. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The Milanese risotto with ossobuco is fabulous.

It was very, very local — and unbelievably delicious. Huge thanks to the nice gentleman, who, despite our complete lack of Italian, understood all our wishes and made them come true.

It has been just a delight. The food dishes were unbeatable, with an authentic flavour from real ingredients that you can't find on the market. The waitress and chef were very friendly, telling us about how the dishes were cooked and where the ingredients came from, and offering us bits for taste while we waited for our food. It was more than just dinner. It was a unique experience. Highly recommend it

If you happen to end up in Cernobbio and not Como, you should definitely stop by for dinner. Even if George Clooney and friends are eating at the "upscale Italian" a few doors down, you'll be happy at this osteria. Everything fits perfectly here - I highly recommend it - this is Italy as you wish! You can also listen to blues music from Luther Allison to John Lee Hooker.

We went to this trattoria for lunch at the recommendation of some friends to celebrate a birthday (about twenty people). The place is very welcoming, a typical osteria with minimal yet very refined and distinctive decor. The parking lot outside is spacious and convenient, as parking in the surrounding area is difficult. The staff is friendly, helpful, and patient (especially considering our three rambunctious children). The food is definitely top-notch. The osso buco risotto was very good. The elephant ear cutlet was gigantic and delicious. The other first courses we tried (mushroom risotto and pizzoccheri) were also highly recommended! In short, if you want an osteria where you can eat well and relax, this is the place.

Excellent food quality, everything perfect, average prices

We came here last night (the two guys on the road trip with the Beetle!), the food was perfect, the owner was very hospitable and great to chat to! All the best, and hope to see you again in the future!
