Beautiful, tastefully furnished restaurant, but the second room is less welcoming. The service was quick and friendly, and the dishes were overly tasty: porcini mushroom risotto was very salty, and the fillet was very tough because it was overcooked (even the porcini mushroom fillet was too salty).

Seasonal dishes are very rich and delicious.
In a very welcoming and informal atmosphere, you'll be greeted by the wonderful smile of Mrs. Daniela...the perfect hostess.
If you're in Cernobbio, stop by Nisciolano...excellent value for money too...

The setting, atmosphere, and cuisine are exactly what you'd expect: rustic, family-style, simple but delicious.
Special mention goes to the ossobuco with Milanese risotto, which, beyond being very generous, is simply perfect.
The prices are rather high, but it's worth the trip.

A rustic, simple place, like home cooking—simple but well-executed. Service is informal but not invasive. The portions are generous. And, like a jazz musician, the music is excellent.

Superlative, divine food, and beyond the hospitality.
We stopped by on Friday evening. Not only did they delight us with their cuisine, which I can't even begin to describe... but they also made us feel like friends after dinner... they even let us sleep in our van! Thanks, Vincenzo!
