I went to Nesto for a lunch with friends in honor of our 50th anniversary and we found: quality, refinement, hospitality, taste, in short we had a very good time. The dishes, even slightly revisited compared to the usual Piedmontese menu and with seafood notes that have their own reason, were all excellent and in generous portions, which for a refined restaurant is not to be taken for granted. Excellent wine list. You can see that the chef pays great attention not only to the presentation, but above all to the quality of the raw materials that he prepares with refinement and taste. The location is also very beautiful. I will definitely return

Sometimes I feel like updating old reviews because in light of new experiences, I realize that in the end that dish wasn't that great. After Nesto I will have to revisit many of them because many of my culinary certainties seem much less solid. I will certainly never take Nesto's stars away, he has set a standard that will last forever. It is possible, but difficult, that one day I will try equally good or better dishes but I will certainly not feel like a guest like at Nesto. It's a matter that goes beyond friendliness and availability, it's the pleasure of finding professionals who bring joy and passion into their work, the pleasure of finding people capable of transmitting emotions and making you feel good.
