If you are looking for a lot of substance and few frills this is the right place. I was there for a Sunday lunch and I must say that we were super satisfied. It starts with a generous round of appetizers to continue with 3 first courses, lasagna panissa vercellese and ravioli, various second courses lemon sorbet to degrease, before the mixed fried Piedmontese and 3 desserts ... Red and white wine of the house limoncello and grappa at the end on the table as per tradition ... Very attentive service, punctual precise and professional. What can I say: a winning menu is not changed.

I have been going for many years and I always find it very good, kind, always fresh and abundant food, and at a low price.

Located in the center of the village of Lenta, it is a restaurant from times gone by, with a large hall and slightly dated furnishings, but where the focus is on the point, translated.......you eat well and a lot. We start at around 12.30 with a generous appetizer, followed by three first courses, sorbet and a large variety of second courses of meat, cheese, wine, drinks, ice cream, coffee and desserts. The rice with beans, the Piedmontese mixed fried dish with amaretto and fried apple, the veal with tuna sauce, roast duck and meringue are very good. Staff who passed between the tables several times offering an encore, always with a smile and politeness. More than quick service, also because otherwise, with all those courses, we would have arrived in the evening. Definitely coming back to expand the company.

Midday lunch on Monday sold out with 50 or more tables. It doesn't happen anywhere: a small village like Lenta is amazing. Very good paniscia, cooked just right and creamed as it should. Excellent house wine and served with a whole bottle and not with a tenth of a small glass. Dessert offered with coffee. It should be marked in the places to visit

Abbiamo pranzato di domenica, che dire il locale datato rimasto a anni ottanta ma pulito.
Personale gentile e disponibile.
Sul cibo nulla d dire tutto ottimo, pranzo della domenica composto da 10 antipasti (serviti dai camerieri), 3 primi,3 secondi, formaggio, macedonia con gelato, tris di dolci , acqua vino amaro e caffè tutto compreso.
Possibilità di chiedere bis quando si vuole.
E’stato una scoperta, da tornarci di sicuro.
