It is hard to impress me and it's a rare moment that I take that extra effort to write a opinion about any place, but this is worth it. Everyone and everything was great here- very pleasant greeting, very helpful, proffesional and, what is most important, kind people, tastful interior, but this is not what you come to restarant for. Food is here some kind of epiphany for me- when you look for "fully packeged" holiday experience than you should try Mumants food. I'm surten that I'll be back.

Extremely impressed with the quality of food and ambience here, best meal we ate in the region and at a fair price. The venison and duck were both cooked to perfection. A+

It’s been about a week since my husband and I had dinner here, and we are still GUSHING about our dinner here. It was one of the best—if not the best—dinner we have had. For the experience, the prices were very reasonable.

The host is very friendly and kind, and the food serving speed is also excellent. Enjoyed a delicious dinner. However, due to the nature of dinner, they seem to want you to order a second course, so it is recommended to go when you are not full.

Very warm, attentive hosts and service. Our meal was, from the first bite to the last, an outstanding delicacy. The dessert looked so beautiful that I had to pause for a few minutes before I was ready to “destroy” it.

Wonderful! It’s fine dining but without doubt the best value meal we had in the San Cassiano area, and probably in all of the Dolomites. Lovely food at a shockingly good price for the lush ambience. Strongly recommend

19/10/2024: Modernes Aparthotel in ruhiger Lage oberhalb von Brixen, Bushaltestelle nur 50m vom Hotel weg, gute Anbindung an Brixen Stadt, mit der Südtirol-Card kostenlos (im Hotel inklusive), top. Modern eingerichtete Apartments, ab Yellow Apartment mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Toller Frühstücksservice in Form eines Korbes welchen man morgens zur Wunschzeit vor die Tür gestellt bekommt, sehr gute Qualität zum äußerst fairen Preis, ebenfalls top. Das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant können wir ebenfalls uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Wenn wir nochmal nach Brixen kommen würden wir hier direkt wieder buchen. Fazit: Empfehlung!
11/08/2024: We were passing through and discovered the Alpenrose restaurant by chance - absolute recommendation! Quiet and cozy atmosphere, super friendly staff and very tasty food. We would go back at any time! =)

18/11/2024: Cucina creativa con grandissima attenzione al prodotto (sia locale che non), sapori originali che conquistano al primo assaggio, un menù degustazione lungo, ampio e vario che però non appesantisce e non stanca. Carta dei vini originale e ricchissima di piccole realtà produttive (il wine pairing proposto è un'ottima occasione per conoscerne parecchie). Servizio impeccabile in una residenza antica che ha conservato tutto il suo fascino semplice e rustico. Rapporto Q/P più che onesto per la qualità di quanto proposto. E' segnalato nella guida Michelin... ma forse gli ispettori dovrebbero tornarci e riflettere se non valga almeno una stella (a mio modestissimo parere la merita, eccome!).
21/09/2024: Ein Abendessen der etwas anderen Art. Aber ein tolles Erlebnis. Man kommt an und wird zum Apero im Garten gebeten. Dann um 19 00 Uhr wird man zu Tisch begleitet und ein Spektakel von köstlichen Gerichten folgt. Wir genossen nach drei "Einstimmings"-Häppchen ein Amuse Bouche mit der Bezeichnung "Mountain Papaya Salad". Die Kombination von Flusskrebs Garum und Aubergine war genial. Und alles aus lokalen Rohmaterialien gefertigt. An dieses Grundprinzip hielt sich der Chef auch bei den nachfolgenden Hauptgängen die allesamt köstlich waren. Auch die beiden Desserts (Blueberry Cheesecake und Tarte Tatin) ließen keine Wünsche offen. Freundlicher Service.
