You walk in and the world, with all its problems, remains outside, while Alessandro (that's the owner's name) dispenses smiles to everyone—but not those fake smiles of a master storyteller, you know, those people who give everyone an "empty" box to make the customer feel important in that moment; no, one of those real smiles (increasingly rare) that rise from the heart. This is what people perceive, and, ultimately, you leave the place with more than you came with.
