05/01/2025: Nice and pleasant environment. We tried the DYNAMISM menu (with surprise dishes from the chef), at a cost of €85 each and a tasting of 3 wines for €25. The cuisine aims to be innovative by using raw materials, including many vegetables, treated and made interesting by minimal and particular preparations. Overall I liked some dishes and others less, but for the amount spent, satisfaction did not prevail. Courteous and prepared service. There is the possibility of staying overnight.
