In the days spent in Nuoro, we had lunch at the Montiblu restaurant which far exceeded expectations.
Very nice and particular place, mention for the service, the boy who welcomed us and served us for the whole lunch was impeccable.
The food was excellent, from starters to desserts and above all the presence of vegetarian options on the menu, which is not to be taken for granted.
Pet friendly restaurant (our dog is still grateful for the taste of meat)
Here in Nuoro, hospitality is at home, we will be back soon!

Nice place in the center of Nuoro. To get to the venue you have to climb some stairs. The place is well furnished, we were at a round table where in the center there was a revolving shelf where the dishes were placed.
We had a fish dinner with mixed starters and a first or second course.
The starters were varied around 8 courses. All very tasty and plated with care.
The second one I chose, a tuna steak was very tasty.
The staff was very kind. I recommend the place

Ottimo locale e ottima cucina. Personale professionale, gentile e disponibile. Piatti ricercati e vasta scelta. Molto originale la location e l'abbinamento con la boutique e la sala da te. I titolari cordiali e simpatici, sempre col sorriso. Torneremo.

Right in the center, within walking distance, there is this fantastic restaurant-boutique. The dishes are all cooked with fresh, seasonal products which give them those unique aromas and flavours. Absolutely worth trying.

I left the MAM at 8pm and, walking along the street of poems, arrived in Piazza Satta.
It started to rain and I found Montiblu.
But how beautiful! It seemed to be in the extension of the museum. On the ground floor a boutique welcomes you and takes you to the first floor where there is a display of 4-star wines.
On the second floor there is the restaurant which continues to magnify the view with all the delicious details.
After a chat with a "colleague" sommelier, and reading the 'canned' menu, I tasted some stuffed ravioli with porcini ragout, a fillet with cannonau reduction with porcini mushrooms and a house dessert.
An experience that I truly and absolutely recommend in Nuoro.

Risveglierà le papille gustative. Qui nulla è scontato. Accostamenti con la frutta pesce verdura nulla è scontato e di livelli qualitativi veramente alti.
