I've been craving Piedmontese fried food for years, but it wasn't on the menu. We asked once on the spot, and it was freshly prepared. Superb. We'll definitely be back, and I can't wait!

Exquisite local cuisine with plenty of seasonal ingredients. The porcini mushroom, potato, and Montebore terrine is delicious. The chestnut gnocchi are a must-try. The desserts are superb.
