Excellent location overlooking the hills. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The pork loin with mushrooms was the best we've ever eaten. Ample parking.

There are magical places on this beautiful planet. And this restaurant is one of them... All the ingredients are there. The food is wonderful (the Ragù d'Emilio!! Don't miss out on this treat), the wine is superb (old vintages at still very reasonable prices), and the welcome... Wow! A chef of excellence who welcomes you with open arms, attentive and attentive waiters despite the heat and the crowds... I'll be thinking about this restaurant for a long time. Thank you for everything ❤️

The place is really fantastic. The view, from the terrace, is breathtaking. The menu is rich and the dishes are very good. We were welcomed by friendly and nice staff and we ate very well. The prices are a little high but it is really worth it.

My husband and I celebrated our Anniversary here tonight. The food was good, the service was good, the location was spectacular. Thanks to chef Emilio and waiter Simone for making our evening unforgettable. We will definitely be back.

Love this place! Way better than the food in Florence…must come see this place for yourself. Note…had to walk uphill for just a bit longer than we wanted to but still worth it. Took bus 37 from Florence and had .7 mile walk. Risotto with zucchini is incredible Spicy spaghetti makes me realize that spaghetti in the US is terrible…must try real spaghetti here so different. Arugula salad was good too

Excellent! We stayed at the hotel in the same location and wanted to try this restaurant. What a joy! Excellent cuisine and typical of the region, idyllic setting with panoramic views of the city while being peaceful, and really very pleasant, welcoming staff, we were even offered limoncello for dessert. We really had a great time, thank you again to the whole team and our server!

23/06/2025: Best meal we had in Italy!!! Was staying at an Airbnb nearby and so happened to see this place on Google Maps, and read all the amazing reviews. It definitely lived up to its reviews. We walked in for lunch, and had a booking for dinner on the same day, so we could try out their pasta and also the florentine steak! Everything we ordered was amazing: -Briganti pasta (so simple, but absolutely delicious with quality ingredients) -Carbonara pasta (best carbonara I’ve had) -Florentine steak with a side of fried potatoes and zucchini (which the waiter recommended 🤤 -Tiramisu Would definitely come back every time I’m in Florence!
20/06/2025: 10/10!! Just arrived to our Airbnb and wanted food close by. How lucky to stumble across this place. The food was delicious and the local wine was great! Also very affordable! The vibe and ambience of this place made it! It felt so authentic, all the staff were so friendly, attentive and couldn’t do enough for you!

Trattoria Da Burde

07/07/2025: How is it at Burde? From 10. Typical dishes of the Florentine tradition cooked to perfection. From crostini to livers, to steak passing through soups (the farro and bean one is a real delicacy) and first quality first courses. The stracotto is incredible. Very courteous and very helpful staff.
03/07/2025: A great story that continues with quality.
