Fantastic experience. We ate wonderfully; the restaurant was very well-maintained, with traditional furnishings and a very welcoming atmosphere. All the dishes we tasted were exceptional, from appetizers to dessert, served hot, and made with top-quality ingredients. If you're in the Aosta Valley, come and enjoy these delicacies. Finally, the service was excellent. Thanks to those who recommended us.

Excellent welcome, with a superior room spontaneously offered as it was available at no extra cost. The family room was very spacious, well-equipped, and had comfortable bedding. The location is ideal, with a lovely view of the valley and very close to the center of Aosta. The hotel and rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. On-site parking is available. The best part: a wonderful on-site restaurant with refined cuisine. The breakfast is also very varied and complete. We will gladly return very soon ☺️. Thank you!!

We spent a weekend in this fantastic hotel. Cleanliness and kindness accompanied us throughout our stay. The room was truly a treat. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and the restaurant was excellent, too, where we enjoyed an excellent typical Aosta Valley menu, with attentive and friendly staff! Thank you! Back from our holiday in Italy, we booked the hotel at 4 pm for the evening. A very warm welcome, very nice rooms and amenities. The menu was very generous, a bit too much for dinner. I recommend it and we will return.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel and restaurant. We appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, which were very clean and warm. We also booked the half-board option, where we thoroughly enjoyed their cuisine, from the abundant and varied breakfast to their dinners, whose fantastic dishes I'll share with you. I highly recommend it and will definitely return in the future.

We were recently there and had a wonderful meal! We opted for two tasting menus and one Aosta Valley-themed menu. They were very kind in letting us choose different menus. Everything was delicious. The charcuterie board was excellent, the veal with tuna sauce was delicious. In short, everything was delicious! A beautiful location, clean, and with a mountain feel yet modern. Highly recommended!

12/11/2025: I can only comment on the restaurant, as I haven't stayed there, but seeing everything else, I imagine the rooms are also meticulously maintained, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant and cellar are magnificent, exquisitely restored and furnished with expertly restored traditional peasant furniture and objects. Congratulations for that alone. The culinary experience is truly worth experiencing, featuring local products and freshly cooked. The many different types of stuffed bread, homemade of course, was wonderful! The welcome was excellent and warm. Impeccably clean. A place worth discovering and recommending if you love good food and tradition.

The rooms are absolutely charming and well-equipped, and the evening meal featuring local cuisine is extraordinary. The breakfasts are superb. In short, thank you for your hospitality. Il Vecchio Ristoro

12/11/2025: A simply unforgettable dinner at the Vecchio Ristoro Restaurant in Aosta. We chose the five-course menu with amuse bouche, pre-dessert, and wine pairing, and each dish was a small work of art: a perfect balance of technique, creativity, and the highlighting of Aosta Valley's finest ingredients. The service was impeccable—attentive but never intrusive—and the atmosphere in the old 17th-century mill made the experience even more special.
