Business dinner, fairly slow service, and a wrong first course order. The food quality is excellent, traditional Piedmontese dishes prepared well (the ones I ate). I recommend the taglioli with ragù, which I really enjoyed. The truffle was also excellent. I think the prices are a bit too high for the experience.

We had a family lunch together
us from Ravenna and other relatives from London - a quality lunch, the uniformed staff were very diligent in their service.
We had already enjoyed the quality of the menu at a previous family gathering.
5 well-deserved stars.

Every time it's an emotion... I return to being a child... the braised meat brought me back to my father's kitchen... here you have moved me and I thank you. Because food is life and memories. Thanks to the always available staff and to an attentive and careful service in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.

Exorbitant prices.
A bottle of Pelaverga Bel Colle 35 euros.
Even the simplest dishes like tagliolini with ragu' are too expensive.
We ate well but it's not worth the price. The service is also expensive (5 euros per person), the coffee (4.5 euros) and the mineral water (5 euros). I will never feel cheated again!

L 'ultima gestione sta continuando la tradizione di questo ristorante con qualità e raffinatezza.
Eccellente finanziera con gli agnolotti tradizionali cotti al punto giusto.

Nulla da eccepire sulla cucina, sui vini e sul servizio.
Purtroppo due note negative:
- i prezzi superiori alla media rispetto ai locali dello stesso target; come per il bar Beatrice è una conseguenza della nuova gestione;
- eccessiva ostentata cortesia di tutto il personale al punto da essere mieloso, fastidioso e non credibile.
