The food is good, but if you are a vegetarian you might feel like you are being treated like a second-class customer.
We had called before booking to check that, despite the fact that it was traditional Piedmontese cuisine, there was the possibility of having a meat-free menu for a couple of us and they replied that the request was not a problem for them and that they are used to managing dietary needs of this type by providing alternative dishes.
Instead of cold cuts and beef carpaccio, among the appetizers, they brought two triangles of sandwich bread with mushroom paté and melted cheese on top. Instead of the double first course, that is, ravioli with ragù and porcini risotto, they brought two portions of porcini risotto. Instead of the boiled meat, a slice of toma, not grilled, nor seasoned or accompanied in any way, simply placed on a small plate. Instead of the roast, two tomini with just a drizzle of oil on top. Instead of the cotechino, nothing.
I have no reason to believe that they have not done everything in their power to accommodate us, but a slice of cheese is not an alternative to boiled or roast meat, if someone wants to settle for a slice of cheese, they will probably eat it at home, they will not go to a restaurant.
If I may give advice to the restaurant managers: either introduce real veg alternatives to dishes that contain meat or, the next time they ask you, do not claim that you can offer a vegetarian menu, because currently this is not the case.

Restaurant with a simple and familiar atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. Traditional Piedmontese cuisine, cooked at home, like our grandparents did. Excellent quality of raw materials (especially meats and cured meats). Generous portions and if you ask for a second or third, they arrive without any problems. Absolutely reasonable price! We are around 25/27 euros per person.
Very kind staff, very helpful, fast.
Everything excellent. Excellent experience. I highly recommend it.

Finally a restaurant the way I like it!
Complete menu, everything delicious and super friendly and fast staff! Low price for three of us we spent 80 euros (4 starters, first choice between two options, second course with boiled or mixed fried meat, dessert and coffee and wine included! ). Advised!!

An experience to be relived and typically Piedmontese!
Dinner with my girlfriend; upon arrival the lady and owner of the place welcomed us.
Typically trattoria-style and informal furnishings. It really feels like home!
To start we were served a slew of appetizers including Albese with grated parmesan, tomino al verde, mixed homemade cold cuts, crostini with fondue and mushrooms and cotechino with mashed potatoes.
As a first course we wanted to try both the agnolotti with butter and those with meat sauce, obviously homemade. (Yummy!)
For the second course they served us their excellent Piedmontese mixed fry consisting of: sausage, liver, pork cutlet, aubergine, sweet semolina, amaretto and apple, all obviously fried on the spot. Really wow!
Finally, for dessert we had the really good homemade tiramisu!
All accompanied with a bottle of Bonarda and one of sparkling water.
In conclusion we were offered coffee and the coffee killer.
Very generous portions, you can eat like crazy!
The tray service was more than excellent, they were very kind and offered an encore of the course several times.
As for the truly top quality/price ratio: €27 per person, really worth considering!
I highly recommend!

Trattoria like it used to be, super raw meat and really, really good food. Competitive price, with wine and beer everything is €30 each. We keep coming back also for their butcher's shop in front of the entrance. Lots and lots of stuff

A retro-style venue with Piedmontese cuisine reminiscent of that of your grandparents. The waiters, kind and helpful, make sure to stop by several times to satisfy even the most hungry. I love these trattorias which I recommend only to gourmets who pay more attention to substance than form.
One of my favorite restaurants. It's a must try!
