A little gem in northern Rome. The chef is excellent, as is the sommelier. The food is excellent, and they have a great wine list. Very good value. We'll be back.

A very nice place with a cozy atmosphere. The menu had a good variety, and I was really happy with my choice — the dish was truly delicious. The pasta was fresh, the sauce was rich, and the aroma was amazing. I also calculated the calories using the service mentioned in the photo attached to the review. It turned out to be super convenient and fast! Now I recommend everyone try this calorie-counting service — it makes it really easy to keep track of your diet and understand what you’re actually eating.

The place is nice, intimate and quiet, perfect for a dinner for two. The service from the two waiters was always precise and always smiling. We took the 7-course tasting menu for €70 and we left feeling very full, perhaps a little too full for the rest. All highly recommended.

Outstanding, inventive, accessible. If you’re in Rome you need to go here for dinner. We did the 5 course tasting menu with a wine paring. Each dish was outstanding. The sommelier paired wines with each dish perfectly. Our experience was top notch. I would go there again and again.

28/09/2025: For years, I've been visiting the sanctuary with my friends, and it's always a pleasure to go to the restaurant afterwards, where we're always greeted with a smile and warmth from the staff. The food is excellent, authentic, and simply cooked. The tart with sour cherry jam is excellent. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. I highly recommend it.

07/10/2025: This restaurant deserves more exposure! On our last day of our trip, we were looking for something to eat near our Airbnb and found MANGIO, and it was a wonderful way to end our trip on a high note. We received EXCELLENT service from Antônio and Anika, both very kind and with a wonderful energy. We were impressed by their professionalism and charisma. This alone says a lot about the place and significantly changes the restaurant experience. We ordered appetizers, drinks, and pasta dishes, and everything was wonderful, tasty, and in good quantities. It was a great experience. Thank you, Antônio and Anika.
13/09/2025: Antonio is such a great guy, he recommended us a nice wine and we ordered some amazing things, some of the best food I've had in Rome. Thank you so much Antonio and Mangio.
