This evening my husband and I decided to come and try the modern restaurant, I must say that the choice was spot on... we were treated very well, attentive service, excellent food, we had: good cod salad, fantastic artichoke tagliatelle, rabbit bites with artichokes and ox cheek really excellent, we are not into sweets but my husband tried the crunchy wafer with cream and berries really delicate. We will definitely be back.... Try it and you will come out satisfied!!!

I have known and frequented this historic restaurant in Carrù for about 55 years. It has always been the best for boiled meats and its accompanying saline dishes, in recent years in addition to the classic Langhe dishes it has improved and expanded the wine list. Price for three courses approximately 35-38 euros per person excluding wines.

What a fantastic experience. Each dish is a discovery, all good and of excellent quality. Very kind staff and house wine, Nebbiolo, worthy of note. Highly recommended

Sono stato invitato da un'azienda a cena presso questo ristorante e devo dirvi che ho mangiato benissimo dalla Tartara spettacolare al resto. Ottimo servizio. Il personale , il cuoco ed la moglie vi fanno sentire come se foste a casa. Ci sono ritornato l'indomani a pranzo. Complimenti a tutto lo staff. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Abbiamo voluto provare, per la prima volta, questo ristorante con la voglia di mangiare il bollito. Il bollito è tipico di Carrù e volevamo toglierci la voglia. Concordato telefonicamente un menù con prezzo di € 45 con tre antipasti, bollito misto, tris di dolci, vino di Dogliani e acqua. Tri di antipasti buoni e piatto ben curato. Il bollito è stato al di sotto delle aspettative. Un piatto grande con pezzettini di bollito misto tutto assieme. Le salse era in bicchierini molto contenuti ma sufficente per la quantità di bollito dato. Alla fine tris di dolci molto buoni. Al conto finale ci hanno fatto un supplemento di €.2 per il caffè. Sinceramente non c'è stato soddisfatto per il bollito buono ma non servito correttamente. Vorrei provare altri ristoranti a Carrù, famosa per il bollito, per fare dei paragoni. A me che piace il bollito in altri locali te lo servono al massimo 2 pezzi per volta e sempre caldo. Tutto buono peccato che alla fine il bollito era freddino.
