There are countless options for good food in Piedmont. Yet, one or two restaurants stand out. Like La Moderno in Carru. Stylish ambiance, authentic cuisine, and impeccable service. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

This evening my husband and I decided to come and try the modern restaurant, I must say that the choice was spot on... we were treated very well, attentive service, excellent food, we had: good cod salad, fantastic artichoke tagliatelle, rabbit bites with artichokes and ox cheek really excellent, we are not into sweets but my husband tried the crunchy wafer with cream and berries really delicate. We will definitely be back.... Try it and you will come out satisfied!!!

I have known and frequented this historic restaurant in Carrù for about 55 years. It has always been the best for boiled meats and its accompanying saline dishes, in recent years in addition to the classic Langhe dishes it has improved and expanded the wine list. Price for three courses approximately 35-38 euros per person excluding wines.

21/08/2025: I had dinner at this pizzeria on Monday evening. Although it was very busy, the staff was very attentive and friendly. The whole-grain pizza was really delicious!
