You come here to eat the "mixed boiled meat trolley" and you are not disappointed.
The service should be a little more attentive to explaining to diners what and how to eat the various meats accompanied by different sauces.

Il Ristorante Moderno offre cucina tipica piemontese di ottima qualità. La carne è ottima, tenera che quasi si scioglie in bocca. È difficile decidere cosa mangiare, avessi potuto avrei preso tutto! E i dolci sono spettacolari, soprattutto il bunet!
Ottimo servizio, ottimo cibo, personale gentile, a buon prezzo, in un angolo di Piemonte che è mozzafiato.

Tutto molto buono. Abbiamo preso il menù bollito che prevede un antipasto misto piemontese: vitello tonnato, carne cruda, tortino di verdure e fiore di zucchine ripieno, un bel piatto di bollito misto con varie salse e infine i dolci bunet e torta di nocciole con zabaione .
