You cannot compare the location. Direct water line of sight from rooms, restaurants, patios. Verri’s Bar is top notch. The bartenders are amazing. Breakfast is fantastic. Spa is very nice. Hotel has a great history. Walking distance to everything and a great experience.

Siamo andati in 4, abbiamo preso il menù degustazione e ne siamo rimasti soddisfatti, Hanno modificato anche un paio di portate per alcune intolleranze. Location insuperabile. Non ho messo eccellente perchè la camerira, forse nuova, non ha saputo descrivere con precisione le pietanze e abbiamo dovuto chiedere al Maitre (Professionalissimo)

Passing by, my curiosity pushed me to visit, a large beautiful Italian hotel. Only pity, the concierge, thought he was the owner and did not want to let us in, he pointed to the table next to the entrance door, where it said 5 star luxury. Then clearly I did not take it into consideration and I went in anyway for a visit.

Tuvimos un tiempo encantador en el restaurante, la comida era deliciosa y el servicio era excelente. La vista desde el restaurante al lago es preciosa. Tenía sepia hecha en pasta, mero con salsa de guisantes y frijoles, y suflé de chocolate. Mi marido tenía conejo, pollo y crepe suzette. Trataron bien las intolerancias alimentarias sin ningún drama que fuera agradable. Pensamos que el ambiente era justo con muchas parejas en las mesas, pero también una mesa de grupo que añadió un poco de ambiente. Había un pianista tocando en el fondo y me invitaron a feliz cumpleaños en el piano, lo que fue una bonita sorpresa. Después de la cena nos sentamos en el salón y escuchamos la música con un café. El personal era muy servicial y tenía ese buen nivel de servicio muy profesional pero amable que no siempre es fácil de encontrar. Es un restaurante inteligente si te gustaría vestirte, estábamos mal vestidos, lo que culpamos al clima empapado y viajar!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Serbelloni for our anniversary! The service was top notch at all the restaurants and bar, the location is absolutely amazing and the splendor of the hotel is breathtaking. Be sure to check out the garden- it is so dreamy and secluded! The location in Bellagio is also amazing being right next to the ferry docks but still tucked away. The second you get in the gates it is relaxing and serene even in one of the busier cities of Lake Como. Plus being right on the water is incredible! Looking forward to coming back someday!

Amazing hotel, amazing view, amazing service, amazing restaurant!

We had a lovely lunch at Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni. Special thanks to Alessandro for the warm and thoughtful service, and to the kind guard at the entrance. The special arrangements made our short visit truly memorable. Grazie!

We were there during Easter (April 2025) on the recommendation of friends. We had something at the bar. It was wonderful how they took care of us, especially Alessandro. The incredible views, The luxury service and the drinks too. A must do in Bellagio.
