Very comfortable hotel in terms of location and space, very nice, spacious rooms and excellent cleanliness. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. There was a small technical problem with the boiler which prevented us from having very hot water, and the hotel management, to apologize, gave me a substantial discount. I appreciated it very much, a gesture that is not taken for granted in a world where apologizing or admitting a weakness is now rare. I will definitely return when I come to Oristano.
