We had lunch here as usual during mushroom season. The full tasting menu was available, or it included just a first course, appetizer, and dessert, or a main course, appetizers, and dessert. The dishes were very carefully crafted and truly excellent, from appetizers to dessert. The price was fair for the quality. As
always a sure thing.

We tried the "King Porcini" menu.
Some dishes were delicious, but the "King Porcini" wasn't exactly a king...
Given the price and quantity, the porcini was a walk-on...
The Fassone steak didn't even have porcini mushrooms, but other pickled mushrooms... The soup had slipped away a bit... The fried porcini mushrooms were excellent, well-fried and tasty. I would have called it "the Porcini King's greeting" instead...
I was a little disappointed; I had very high expectations given the wait time...

A pleasant discovery, an elegant venue with top-notch dishes. Mushroom-based dinner, with refined dishes from appetizers to dessert, featuring balanced flavors. Extremely kind and professional staff. It's nice to still find places where you not only eat well, but also feel at home.
