We had lunch here as usual during mushroom season. The full tasting menu was available, or it included just a first course, appetizer, and dessert, or a main course, appetizers, and dessert. The dishes were very carefully crafted and truly excellent, from appetizers to dessert. The price was fair for the quality. As
always a sure thing.

We tried the "King Porcini" menu.
Some dishes were delicious, but the "King Porcini" wasn't exactly a king...
Given the price and quantity, the porcini was a walk-on...
The Fassone steak didn't even have porcini mushrooms, but other pickled mushrooms... The soup had slipped away a bit... The fried porcini mushrooms were excellent, well-fried and tasty. I would have called it "the Porcini King's greeting" instead...
I was a little disappointed; I had very high expectations given the wait time...

A pleasant discovery, an elegant venue with top-notch dishes. Mushroom-based dinner, with refined dishes from appetizers to dessert, featuring balanced flavors. Extremely kind and professional staff. It's nice to still find places where you not only eat well, but also feel at home.

A historic family restaurant serving simple yet meticulously prepared cuisine rooted in the local area, with a special focus on mushrooms. The quality of the food is consistently top-notch, as is the highly professional, attentive, yet friendly service. Unfortunately, this gastronomic gem may be closing for lack of a new generation willing to continue the business.

Enjoyed a beautiful drive to Traversella and seated at a window table, we had the wonderful experience of the full Re Porcino menu. Fantastic! So many incredible preparations, with excellent ingredients. Highly recommend - their website is very useful! Mille grazie!

Bel posto, buona cucina.
Siamo andati per un matrimonio. E' stato tutto molto curato, i piatti proposti sono stati interessanti. Il personale estremamente efficiente.
