We had lunch twice at this restaurant and both times we enjoyed it very much. The restaurant offers slightly revisited traditional Piedmontese dishes. Good raw material. The location is simple but very pleasant, the view from the windows is beautiful. The staff is very kind. The right price for what is offered. Very recommended

A truly characteristic hotel, the rooms are simple and functional. The restaurant is exceptional, we ate very well, the breakfast was also varied and well assorted.

"Miniere" confirms itself as one of the best interpreters of traditional Canavese cuisine, both in terms of raw materials and preparation. The revisitation of some recipes, particularly appreciable in the appetizer round which I highly recommend, introduces the element of surprise which makes the menu interesting as well as delicious. The seasonal menus are always interesting.
A little out of the way place, but very pleasant in both winter and summer. Cost above average like the food, fair value for money. Wine list not exaggerated but well curated. Homemade dessert, I recommend the puff pastry case with eggnog cream and berries

Friendly staff, quick service, well-prepared and well-cooked dishes, if we want to find a flaw it's a bit expensive.

Location gradevole.
Personale molto gentile, numeroso e indaffarato ma servizio troppo lento.
Sarà che il locale era strapieno per il giorno di festa ma è davvero pesante stare al tavolo per quasi tre ore per un pranzo.
Ampia varietà di piatti ma non tutti preparati a dovere (tagliolini un po' scotti con acqua di cottura residua).
Impiattamenti da stellato ma con risultati discutibili.
Forse sarebbe meglio attenersi ad una cucina più casalinga...dal momento che i prodotti usati sono davvero buoni e originali ( mi riferisco in particolare alle erbe della zona).
Non è necessario fare voli pindarici....
