In an enchanting mountain location near Lake Meugliano stands this wonderful restaurant with a unique view of the valley! Refined place and excellent food with attention to every detail. The simplicity of local foods is combined with a skilful cuisine made of flavors that satisfy every type of palate, even vegetarian ones! The kindness of the staff completes an unusual picture for this type of service. More than recommended! Congratulations to the chefs!!!

Come sempre al ristorante Le Miniere non si sbaglia e se porti con te ospiti nuovi fai un figurone.
Servizio impeccabile, cucina ottima e vini superlativi.

My grandfather was originally from Traversella and so I have come to eat at this restaurant several times now. The cuisine is excellent, the dishes served impeccably, the staff is friendly and helpful. Good value for money. I highly recommend going there.

Guests for Christmas lunch, in addition to the excellent food, very well prepared, and the precise and friendly service, we appreciated the availability of the managers and staff in taking charge of finding a solution for a slight ailment that prevented one of us to enjoy the day of celebration.
