Very nice rooms, very efficient air conditioning, very nice and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the biggest disadvantage is breakfast, which has to be ordered at the reception from a ready list of products, and there is not much choice and they are brought to the rooms, but only at 9.00. Not only are they extremely plentiful, but they are also not very tasty.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks. Giulia runs the hotel with a lot of heart and even when she is not on site, she responds immediately to guest questions. She is a real love! We had a fantastic room with a huge terrace and a second large balcony. We hadn't booked breakfast, but we saw other guests' wonderful breakfast trays that were brought straight to their rooms. We were happy about a movable shower head, which is not a given in Italy. The cleanliness was always very good and the cleaning staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, there weren't always working bikes. It would definitely be worth buying new ones. Especially because there are great bike paths in the area and you can quickly get to the center by bike. It's a long walk. The beach can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. It's a quiet, beautiful stretch of beach and the loungers are included which is a huge plus.

We were planning a week-long holiday in this place from April, we checked the opinions on Google and Booking, photos, opinions, description, we liked everything. After arriving at the place, it turned out that we could not forget about silence, peace and children. There is a camping site on the neighboring property and every day from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. there is a non-stop party with music, an animator and the screams of children and adults. There was no air conditioning remote control in the room, later we got a remote control from another room, the air conditioning turned off every 10 minutes during the entire stay. The shower with all the amenities doesn't work, only the lights work. The sofa, armchairs and other white furniture look nice, but only in photos from a few years ago. There are also water stains and plaster burns on the walls. The breakfasts also look great in the photos - the bread is dramatic, the dried ham is tasty, but the second type is gray, the cheapest, and terrible. Fancy a bike ride? Unfortunately, there is no air in the tires, the chain has fallen off, there is no one to fix it. The worst disappointment for us was the swimming pool, which you can no longer use, you can go to the paid beach, get a paid sun lounger and pretend that you are in a fashionable hotel and you can't hear the party at the pool in the campsite. Thank you very much for the opportunity to cancel your stay after 2 days, which is a big plus.

We were there to then go to Vasco Rossi's Soundcheck on June 1st and the concert on June 2nd...and relax on that terrace first and have coffee the next day with the sun shining...the best! The wonderful room, the bathroom wooooow... nothing to say...
