A very well-maintained, modern restaurant with young, attentive, and above all competent staff.
Very fast service with quality food.
The "Me Te Magno Tutto" appetizer was excellent; two of us ate it easily...it's a sublime introduction to the rest of the courses.
The "Maccheroni Cacio & Pork" and the "Carbonara" were good...average...the tagliata were also good...nothing exceptional, but good...

We had lunch at the restaurant with tagliatelle alla carbonara with guanciale, ricotta-filled pasta, and a truly delicious beef tartare. If I ever come back, I'll make sure to stop by this restaurant again. Well done!

a nice restaurant in the center of this historic center. The first courses are delicious (even if I found the Carbonara a bit salty for my taste). As a Piedmontese, I can say that the bistro beef tartare is truly exceptional.

An excellent refuge to please the palate with excellent and well-presented dishes.
A round of applause to the chef for his imagination and mastery in preparing the dishes, starting with the appetizers and for all the other courses.
The place is welcoming, bright and clean.
The selection of wines that are offered is truly excellent, and even the "house wine" is good (at least the white we took.... the red next time).
Friendly, competent and very courteous staff who know how to put customers at ease.
A gem is the presentation of the sugar for the coffee....😄
I would say that it will be a fixed stop on every visit to Foligno.

Durante la recente visita a Foligno, abbiamo scelto questo Ristorante, anche in base alle recensioni.
Locale molto curato, con arredi particolari e di gusto.
Buono l’antipasto Me Te Magno, molto vario e abbondante, qualche abbinamento particolare, un po’ troppa presenza di mollica di pane (pappa al pomodoro, polpetta, …), top: uovo croccante al tartufo|
A seguire, e con molto sforzo perché già satolli, abbiamo scelto mezze porzioni di Maccheroni cacio & pork (a nostro gusto, un po’ troppo ragù).
Personale sempre presente e attento al Cliente.

L’atmosfera è piacevole al suo interno, una bella rappresentazione di immagini sulle pareti e soprattutto vini. Il menu molto vario per deliziare ogni palato e assaporare la tradizione gastronomica locale ma non solo !
