We get to the food, an amazing appetizer to say the least, there is a lot of attention paid to the raw materials and their preparation, above all it is very abundant, just like the first courses are... Super good. We arrive at Chiura with a delicious 🍰.... Will we be back???? Of course yes...

I didn't take photos, because the experience had to be fully savored. Service top notch, very high attention to every detail, smiles, kindness, professionalism, maximum attention also to the needs of my wife who doesn't eat milk, she was able to taste original local dishes and in maximum safety. The staff made the experience magnificent, friendly and never intrusive, balanced, kind, perfect plating, excellent taste of the dishes and never poor or excessive. Our 30 kg dog Ciccio was welcomed like a customer, bowl always full of water, he was also served mortadella unexpectedly, laughter and maximum satisfaction in every direction. Jacopo, the boys, the Chef, know what they are doing and they do it well, with their heart, this (as always) makes a huge difference. What can I say? WELL DONE!!! We hope to return here to Foligno just to eat here again, thank you, thank you so much. We delighted our palate and our mood. You will continue like this, I'm sure. Fabio, Jessica, Giada and Ciccio.

We loved the truffle and pistachio spaghettoni, the suckling pig and the Foligno-style cod. Really really tasty. Excellent dinner. We would like to return!

Serviço precisa melhorar muito. O Ambiente não consegui ver muito bem pois fomos acomodados do lado de fora pois segundo o recepcionista estavam todas as mesas reservados. Mesmo do lado de fora nós foi informado de que deveríamos deixar o restaurante antes das 21:30. O estranho é que chegaram outras pessoas que não fizeram reserva e foram acomodadas do lado de fora e atendidas sem pressa de liberar a mesa. Experiência teria sido péssima não fosse pela comida que estava muito boa e bem servida. NÃO RECOMENDO.

Assolutamente da provare! Accogliente, gustoso e piacevole. Abbiamo preso il loro antipasto “Me te magno tutto” veramente speciale e soprattutto equilibrato, un mix tra pietanze che sicuramente non mangi tutti giorni come un delizioso uovo poche con tartufo e sapori della tradizione, come salumi di qualità e pane con sugo di casa. Abbiamo poi proseguito con due tagliate di manzo con gorgonzola, una coccola speciale per il palato. Carne deliziosa e cottura media rispettata alla perfezione come richiesto. Abbiamo accompagnato il secondo con delle patate fritte gustosissime servite con la loro salsa che era a dir poco eccezionale! Assolutamente consigliato!
