Ristorante Mediterraneo In Gaeta

We went to this restaurant today, recommended by friends, and we were pleasantly surprised: the wait staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the seating we were given (reservation required) was perfect. We ordered two starters: Pasta with potatoes, provola cheese, and mussels, which was truly delicious and well-prepared. The portions were well-proportioned, and the ingredients blended perfectly. The spaghetti with clams, lemon, and calamari were truly delicious, with just the right amount of citrus, so as not to be overpowering but still bring out the citrus flavor. For our main course, we were served a very fresh sea bass, deboned by them, accompanied by truly excellent baked potatoes. To finish, we ordered their house dessert, made with amaretti biscuits, and a caprese salad. The owner was very kind and offered us coffee and liqueurs. Highly recommended, 10/10

I'm a regular at Ristorante Mediterraneo in Gaeta, and each time it confirms its excellence: delicious dishes and top-quality fresh ingredients, especially fish and Mediterranean specialties. It's undoubtedly the best restaurant in town, and I recommend it to everyone! The location is also charming, overlooking the sea with breathtaking views of the harbor and the promenade, perfect for enjoying a relaxing meal. It's easily accessible by car thanks to nearby street and dedicated parking. I recommend trying the lemon linguine; it's truly delicious!
