The pasta, potatoes, provola, mussels and pepper was a revelation: a perfect combination of flavors that brought me back to culinary tradition. The environment is intimate and welcoming, perfect for a romantic evening or in the company of friends. The location, in the heart of the historic center, with the ancient walls of Gaeta just a few steps away, adds a touch of magic to the experience. And to finish on a high note, the Chantilly cream with amaretti biscuits and dark chocolate was the icing on the cake! I ate some of the best spaghetti with clams in the area after years of research between Sperlonga, Gaeta and Formia. I'm sorry that from the moment we placed the order to the moment we received the dish the wait was felt, but we are not at MC Donald's. The dish I had was worth the wait. If possible, I would increase the vegetarian options of a couple of dishes. Highly recommended, I will be back.

An extraordinary cuisine in its simplicity. Truly authentic flavors. The house mixed starter has delights of popular cuisine that has now almost disappeared, enhanced by Roberto's research and passion. Everything was superb, including desserts.
