We chose the seven-course tasting menu, thoughtfully structured with three appetizers, two first courses, a second course, and a dessert from the menu. The option to customize the menu with a few variations is appreciated, albeit at an additional cost, confirming the desire to satisfy even the most discerning palates.
The sequence of dishes reveals a cuisine that is both modern and rooted in the region. The carpaccio is memorable, fresh and well-balanced, reflecting a commitment to the finest ingredients. The tortelli stuffed with ventricina are full of character, a dish that combines refined technique and local identity, with a rich filling balanced by balanced toppings.
Small touches of refinement abound: entrées designed to introduce the experience with lightness and curiosity, and a selection of small pastries to gracefully conclude the experience, in keeping with the cuisine's style.

An elegant, modern, welcoming location. On the veranda, spectacular view of the lake, relaxing atmosphere. Attentive, fast, prepared, kind staff, impeccable service. Careful, classy plating. We tasted every single dish, well-defined and delicate flavors, the "plin" an enveloping taste. It was a beautiful experience, unique emotion, gourmet journey, very high quality in everything, to be repeated. Truly top, to be tried. Fair prices

The staff were courteous and the entire young team, both in the kitchen and the dining room, were professional.
The chef combines culinary creativity with a thorough understanding of the ingredients. Each dish was a discovery of taste and smell.
The location is certainly a stunning setting. Recommended for those passing through or working near the park...or simply wanting authentic dining without settling for simplicity but aiming higher.

I was in Castel di Sangro for a few days' vacation and had lunch at this restaurant. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. The food was well-cooked, but the portions were very small. The service could be improved. Prices were moderately high.

I discovered this restaurant by searching online for the best places to eat around Roccaraso and I wasn't disappointed, so much so that I went back for dinner a second time in a few months even though I'm not from the area.
Every dish made an impression on us, strong but perfectly harmonious flavors and perfect consistencies.
Dishes that are apparently simple, without too many frills but truly special.
The location is elegant and modern, at the same time welcoming and warm.
Excellent wine list.
It would be nice to go back for lunch to enjoy the terrace they have overlooking the lake.
Fast and attentive service, the head waiter a little on his own, but that's okay.
Highly recommended.
