The host was super friendly and funny.
I'm still dreaming of the mixed fish starter plate.
And my seafood pasta made me happy with every bite I eat.

Nice restaurant on the sea, nice table linens and large tables, kind and knowledgeable staff, we had a house appetizer with samples of hot seafood, all good and not banal, then a very good egg tagliolini with oil, garlic, chilli and muscles , and for the second course turbot fillet with pumpkin cream and au gratin potatoes, excellent.
Finally, the desserts were homemade and equally good, tiramisu and trifle.
Beautiful cellar, from which we took a Rossese that we liked very much.
Added value are the descriptions of the dishes and the attention to the raw materials.
Correct prices.
Highly recommended restaurant.

They make you want to come back and not just for the food.
There are experiences in life that are worth having, one of these is getting to know Rei and enjoying the joy she puts into everything she does, such as giving life to a one-of-a-kind narration of dishes and wine...
Then if you are super lucky, to happen in those moments of "slow living", even Marina could pop her head out of the kitchen...
Obviously a Chef is a Chef, and when one of those with a capital C, who work personally, comes out of the kitchen, you shouldn't expect a marketing manual-style staging with a big "American super star" smile and handshakes to the "welcome Mr President"... a Chef is competence and an equal exchange, he gives himself for the immense happiness he feels in doing... the true smile of the Italian Chef is born in his heart and is projected on his face like a slight hint, a delicate sign that also involves sincere eyes... it is up to the reader to be aware, to find the signifiers and read the meanings, because the joy before life remains the discovery and one has the duty to escape from everything that it is easy, devoid of epiphanies and unspeakable due to little merit.
As for the food offered in this place: if you have expertise and taste, MarinaRei is a must; if you want to increase your sensorial-experiential range, this is certainly a place to experience; if you want to spend pleasant moments, enjoying excellent dishes with interesting wine options, it's a must go!
Everything at MarinaRei is worth experiencing first hand, free yourself from expectations and prejudices, be a blank canvas ready for a new beginning.

There is nothing wrong with the quality of the food and service. Everything that came to the table was delicious!
However, the price level is too high. Sea bream fillet with baked potato slices for 25 euros, spaghetti frutti di mare for 18 euros are already self-confident, but 15 euros for an Insalata Caprese are clearly too expensive.

Since we tried it, we go back every time we are in the area for lunch.
Lots of competence, truly prepared cuisine, excellent dishes and an excellent choice of local wines.
The fish first courses are very good, the desserts are also excellent, a selection of starters worthy of the best cicchetti tour in Venice and we could continue. And a panorama that enriches everything. Advised!

Non vuole essere una critica ma suggerimenti, i piatti il mangiare nulla da dire anzi complimenti alla cucina, la ragazza ai tavoli molto umile disponibile e dolcissima, l'unica: Rei ?? le persone se non ti dicono nulla non vuole dire .............le furbate su pochi €€€ non ti portano altri clienti ma li perdi , hai capito cosa intendo vi auguro buon lavoro.
