They were attentive, smiling, and incredibly knowledgeable. Not a single request was overlooked. They guided us through our course selections with timely and passionate suggestions, demonstrating a profound knowledge of the ingredients and the wine list. Their ability to anticipate our needs, the speed with which our plates were cleared, and the discretion with which they moved between the tables were simply impeccable.
