Its reputation as one of the best truffle restaurants in the hinterland wasn't confirmed for us today. White truffle dishes were completely nonexistent. Unfortunately, a truffle tartare was completely ruined by a terrible onion flavor, forcing me to leave it alone. When it came to the bill, I pointed this out and even had to argue to have it removed from the bill, which should be the default when such a mistake occurs (also confirmed by the waitress who took my plate away). My expectations were much higher.

Having a house in Sant'Agata Feltria for years, we've been spending time on that road that connects Nuova Feltria. Today, we woke up with the idea of ​​trying Marchesi. The service was excellent, kind, attentive, and fast, smiling, and attentive to the customer. We noticed the Michelin star at the entrance... But honestly, we had a mediocre appetizer, followed by two plates of tagliatelle with meat sauce... Well, I'd say we didn't taste the meat. The other two pasta dishes were good, but not excellent, in our opinion, from what we expected, given the sign on the door. We then finished with two ice creams, a baked pear, and a zuppa inglese. Everything was good, but in my opinion, it didn't have enough character to leave a lasting impression. However, the wait staff was excellent. Reasonable price, €103 for four. I recommend getting the set menus... Maybe we'll go back... And reevaluate a bit...
