03/11/2024: New experience in this inn. It's hard to find anything that didn't live up to the standard of the evening. Let's go in order: the locations are not easy to find, but they have private parking available, a small inn surrounded by greenery, family-run. Internal environment themed with the name and excellent room with mise en place, nice table linen and appropriately spaced tables. Not a large menu but with curious and different proposals that intrigue guests. Wine list with different, good labels, including national ones. Beautiful presentation of the dishes, right portions and balanced flavours, the hand and skills of the quoca are unique, perhaps not repeatable with any other chef. In the dining room, his son Cristian calmly carries out the service, presenting the dishes, and knows the preparations. He knows how to present the wines he serves, but does not pour continuously. The service times are right, giving diners the opportunity to talk and enjoy. The various desserts are also good. You can pay by card. A positive point is the mentality of this place, of the managers who, in order to always provide the same and up-to-date service, never exceed the available seats, 24/28 (both in summer and winter) in this way the kitchen never gets in trouble and table times are always adequate.
